Hello Girls!!! I've missed you!!!! I am now one week post-op (have my appointment this afternoon).

I'm just going to skim through the beginning of my story.
Once upon a time.......I had nice boobies. Full firm perky 32C boobies and on a petite girl I was HAPPY!!! I then had three children back to back. I spent 5 years breast feeding and pregnant during this time I was 34DD(preggo) and
32DD (breastfeeding). I weaned my youngest son at about 18 months. In the end I still had pretty decent boobies, I had lost a little fullness and youth but alas was still content with a full 32B. Then SUPRISE!!! I am PG again!! I thought "no biggie, everything fell back into place the first 3 times" HA!!!!! I again go up to 34DD (yay!) then the breastfeeding 32DD. My daughter wasn't into the nursing and weaned at only 6 weeks and within days I began to see the destruction!!!
I now was the proud owner of D-sized skin sacs!!!!!
I felt awful and unattractive and sobbed frequently over my skin sacs! When my DD was 5 months I went on my first consult. I knew I had to wait until she was older until I took the plunge but it was a goal!!! Over time the skin sacs shrunk and got slightly firmer. I was now a very upper empty 32B (at least that's what I poked all the tissue and skin into). I had my consult with my PS in April (just after BABY turned 1). I chose my size and scheduled my BIG DAY!!!
I chose silcone gel (felt the best!!), HP (I am very small framed and wanted PROJECTION), 550cc's (enough to fill my existing skin and give me a nice full look), UNDERS (ps convinced me, for a more natural look on my body, and more protection from complications of a large implant on a small person), CREASE INCISION (uhh, I like that I won't be able to see the scar without lifting the boobies in a mirror!!)

SURGERY DAY!!!!!
My bff and I drove to the city where my surgery was to take place the night before. FUNNY MEMOIR: When traveling across the state line into California they have car stops to check your vehicle for (??????illegal things????)
I think they are looking for produce, people??? who knows exactly. Anyhow I have been traveling between California and NV for 20+ years and have NEVER actually been stopped (they don't stop you if you have a California plate or generally a NV plate on your car, they just wave you through) LOW and BEHOLD!!! We pull up expecting to be waved through and are STOPPED. And the guards (i don't really know what they are called, patrollers maybe?) look like movie nerds (I kid you not!!!) like Screech from saved by the bell. And then they wanted to know where we were from and why we were going into CAli. Now I can't lie for anything so I just burst up with giggles at the thought of explaining my BA to the "TV NERD PATROL" and now we have piqued their interest, now BOTH of them are at the car windows asking us questions. My BFF finally told them we were going into SAC for a shopping trip and then they asked if we would be crossing the state lines with any purchases (uhhhh, boobs, Mr. Nerd Patrol) . I couldn't stand it, I was practically crying with laughter. ALAS we were let through the GOLDEN GATES and into the sacred CALI protected by their own NERD PATROL.

SOOO, we get checked into our room and get it set up for the next day and start the long painstaking process of actually going to sleep (WTF??? are you kidding?). We get up the next morning and get showered, dressed in my yoga pants and funny little short sleeved hoodie and flip flops (which felt REALLY weird bc I NEVER leave the house in stuff like that, even to work out, I get fully dressed and go to the gym and change there, then change to come home) We walk over the the breakfast bar the hotel provided where my BFF had breakfast and I pouted. This room also was full of the STRANGEST MEN!! We were the only girls there and it was like 5 AM and they all stared at us like we were unknown creatures from the depths of FEMALE. When we left we asked at the front desk if this was generally "MEN ONLY" and were told that bc of their location during the week most of their hotel guests were traveling CONSTRUCTION contractors and no they weren't used to seeing any women in the breakfast room. When we left for the parking lot one of them was walking in front of us and turned around and said "ARE you girls following me???" We both jumped and said "NO!!!" and he responded with "Well, it would be really COOL if you were."
I just keep thinking OMG I have to walk back through here in a few hours with new boobs, BLEH!

So we get to the PS office and are super early (no one there yet). When the office manger gets there she lets us in and has me start signing all the stuff I would have signed at pre-op if I had done it there. Everything gets done and we are still super early for surgery, in fact there is a girl ahead of me and she isn't even there yet!! They let us loose in there makeup display room and i gave my friend a makeover with Jane Iredale makeup and she buys a whole ton of it while we are waiting (maybe a marketing ploy???) Finally it is my turn with the nurses, they take my pre-op photos and have me change. I get to wear my pants, a pretty gown (really it was a pretty one!) a paper cap, and paper booties (which felt like sand paper on my footsies!) I was kinda looking forward to the ever sexy compression socks but I didn't get any!!! A few different people come in to talk to me before. But not the doc!!! They said he marks you up after you get to the OR and are sleeping. So everyone that came in read back to me my surgery stats (size, placement, etc). I get in the OR and by this time I am just shaking with nerves, I can hardly lay on the table. They gave me an IV (and numbed that spot first!!) Then they just started talking to me, I don't really remember what about and it wasn't until she put the oxygen mask on me that I realized she had already given me the "sleepy stuff" and they were just trying to distract me until I fell asleep. Then I woke up to them putting the compression bra on me. I looked down and commented on the boobies, was told the whole thing took 32 minutes. Then I was helped into a wheel chair and moved to another room. I was only in the other room long enought to get awake and stuff, then we left!

The first day wasn't to bad (love that local anesthia) It wore off later that day and I was feeling pretty good still.
THEN by the middle of the night the vomiting started, everything that went in came right back out! By morning I was delerious and couldn't even hold my eyes open. We came home and my DF took one look at me and called the PS. They said I was having a reaction to the meds and to stop taking them. I just took tylenol and held on!!! By the next morning I was eating again and not barfing. But It took me a few days to get right again. Today and yesterday were the first days I felt human again.
I was hardly swollen the entire time and had almost no bruising (TY arnica!!!!!). My incision haven't hurt once, nor my nips or anything like that. Just my muscle that has been sore and the bone underneath ( I guess from the extra weight?) I wasn't allowed to remove my compression bra for any reason (sponge bathe only, ewww!!) but i have peeked!
They are HUGE!!!! and PRETTY!!! (really, i was prepping myself for not so pretty, but they ARE already pretty!! You can see my veins really well, I think that goes away, right??) They don't look super high on me mostly bc my neck and collarbone area is long. They are already dropping, I noticed a huge difference yesterday, I still have most of the implant and fullness above the nipple but it's starting to creep down. I have AMAZING cleavage and SIDEBOOB and couldn't be more pleased!!!!
They will take off the compression bra in a few hours then I have to wear a sports bra for a few weeks.
I will post pics soon, its hard for me to get a "private moment" to do that. and I feel weird about being on JBI when DF is home, lol.
DF is fascinated, my story title is for him "It's like Magic" was what I got last night when I showed him. He laughed at how big they are and said "They are great, but still not my favorite part of you".
I am sooo HAPPY!!! I feel like I have my sexy back!!!! and it feels great! It's funny how much something like A BOOB (a spot of fat and skin and now silicone) can change how you feel inside about yourself!

aww so glad to hear ur story! and thats so funny because i have always been a 34C i have 3 kids and after my first 2 my boobies stayed the same. but oh no after my 3rd i lost it all and went down a cup size

I thought Cali's budget was too small to do the fruit checks anymore but that story is hilarious!! Wow I've never been stopped either but go figure the ONE TIME you are going there for a BA the nerd patrol stops you.

I know huh!! They didn't stop us yesterday when we went back for post op either. But they had other people stopped, they were even looking through someones little storage trailer (like the ones you put an ATV or bike in), weird.

so I had my post-op yesterday. My torturous compression bra was removed (TYTYTY!!) my stitches were removed and my ps said "exquisite!" about the boobies! I have to do little exercises (squeezing and such) about 100 per day. I have to wear a sports bra 24/7 (take off for shower) for another 2 weeks. I have been cleared for most activites (still no lifting over 10 lbs). They scheduled me for another check up in a month from now, he said he usually wants to see his patients two weeks from now but since I'm doing so well and live so far I can hold off unless I feel like I need to be seen.
