Had my pre op today! :D :D

Hello laaaaaaaaadies!..So i had my super pre op yesterday..and let me tell you that before i went again there i was a little worried because after reading all your interesting posts, i was thinking, did i feel that great connection with my PS on my first consult? is he really the one?... Well let me tell you...that..HE TOTALLY ISSSS!!! I went to my pre op with my mom, one of her friends and her daughter. As soon as i arrived a very nice nurse that i hadn't met before gave me a BUNCH of papers to read and sign, and told me that if i had any questions i could mark them and ask her when i was done reading. Well, as you can guess it took me like half an hour reading all that haha, but when i was finally ready we went into one of the rooms, and i asked ALLLL the questions i had. And she answered those..and more! hah she explained eeeeverything again. I showed her the small fungus i have on my back just in case it woulld stop me from having the surgery..but nooope..she told me it was fine, i would have to worry if i had an infection only. So that was a relieve! Then she explained me eeeverything i should do and not do before and after my surgery and she recommended me to buy some stuff. She also gave me my prescriptions, which i don't have right here ladies but i had to buy something for nauseas, for the pain and antibiotics. Then she did my blood work..haha it didn't hurt AT ALL..haha and i gave her my pee sample..and mm..then she called the doctor because i wanted to see him and finally talk about the size, incision and placement.. he wasn;t in a rush or anything but i could see he wasn't feeling very good he had this horrible cold and headache! so..i tried the 350 cc's sizer again, and i loooooooooved loved loved the way i looked haha and i asked him what size he think i should be and he told me i could reach a full C..i told him i wanted that but i wanted to go just a little bet more in cc's if possible. He said well try the 400 cc's..i did..i couldn't really tell the difference, but i think it would prevent me from boobie greed later! haha since when they are placed under the muscle the lose 15% i believe, so i decided to ad 50 cc just in case! He said that it was going to take him a while to get those big implants thru my areola but with love and patience they are going to look perfect! YEY!!..he also told me that my anatomy is perfect hahah that surely made me feel awesome! and after that, he left and the nice nurse took my pre ba pictures, on the sides, in front, and one of my back haha. After that i was done! she told me that there were nooo stupid questions that i could call them any time, that they knew that as soon as i get in the car i would have all these new questions and that i should feel free to ask. She also gave me a list of pre-op and post-op instructions and that was it!. I was going to pay but my mom had a problem with the card, and they told me i could pay even the day before the surgery and there was no problem. So..i left home more excited than ever! and i could resist and went shopping! hah i bought my prescriptions..not at all expensive, bought a nice pillow she recommended, 2 sports bra the ones with only support, 3 pj's that open in the front, and one big cold thingy to supplement for ice and one hot pad for my back just in case it hurts!. They told me i should put 10 min of ice and 5 min without it, then 10 min again etc. For the first 2 days to help with the swelling and pain. And that's it!..I live with my mom and family, so i think everything else i have already. Any advice please please please please tell! Sorry for writting soooooooo much for I'm so excited..and i just can't hide it (8) haha. Thank you aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall for reading and for your support! You guysss rooooooooooooock!!!!..Having my BA on friday..so can't waiit!! wuujuu..THANKS AGAIN!

I have no advice yet, but my surgery is Monday, and we are silimiar stats & all, so I will let you know how it goes. So happy you had a great experience - the way it should be! Good luck...

aww I remember that feeling! It feels good doesn't it hehe I wanted to buy my prescription drugs and bra the same day I left my PS office lol I'm so happy for you! Your ps and staff sounds awesome! You seem to be on top of everything already! Just make sure you stock your pantry/fridge up with recovery foods, but since you have some great support at home, I'm sure you will be fine!!!
