On Monday July 21st at 8am I arrived at the hospital where I would have my BA. I was so calm and my only worry was how I would go that long without eating or drinking. I got in the room, put my robe on and got in the bed. The sweetest nurse came in and gave me a heated blanket and then the IV. The IV was the first one I have ever had (and I have had a lot) that didnt hurt! I mean I didnt even feel it going in. I ended up staying in the room until after 11. A tummy tuck ended up taking longer than expected but still I was calmer than I normal. My hubby on the other hand was a wreck lol. Then they gave me a little happy meds and the next thing I knew I was on the table ready to go. I started counting down and BAM I was in the recovery room talking with one of my hubbys friends who is a dr at the hospital... I think I showed him my new twins lol. I remember them wheeling another woman beside me saying she had the "mommy makeover" lipo, boobs, and nose... wow must have hurt. Anyway I faided off and dont really remember anything until day 2 when I could take a shower. It was wonderful.

On day 3 I ended up having a reaction to my pain meds. My BP spiked then bottomed out. My body went limp and I had to go to the ER. My PS got me in right away and got me fixed in a matter of an hour. I left with new pain meds and felt like a new woman. I am finally starting to enjoy them. They are a little bigger than I expected but I love them.
