My husband and I spent a long time researching different doctors and also the procedures itself. I made some consult appointments but canceled them after meeting the first PS. Dr. Diaco is an amazing doctor, and I felt comfortable with him from the start. We set my pre op for July 15th and my BA for July 16th.
I was so nervous the day of my pre op it was crazy! He told me that he had decided to try for 425 CCs instead of the 400 CCs we had discussed at the consult. I was pretty happy about that! He gave me my prescriptions,and I was on my way to the outpatient facility. I love them as much as I love my PS! They were the sweetest ladies ever. I had blood drone and gave them a urine sample,and I was done.
The day of my Ba was one of the scariest and mast exciting days of my life. They got me all dressed up in my gown, gave me some meds in my IV to help me relax and prevent nausea, and talked to me for awhile. My PS came to mark me, and a few minutes later it was time to go. The operating room was so cold! The last thing I remember is being strapped to the "cross". I was totally out! The next thing I knew the nurse was waking me up saying that I was all done and it was time to go home. They gave me some soda to drink to make sure I didn't get nausea and let me rest for a few more minutes. It was all over and I finally had boobies!

That night my PS called to check on me (I love that man!) and make sure I was doing OK. I was pretty sore, but I've hurt worse.
My recovery went well. It's been 2 weeks since my BA, and I feel great. There's still a little soreness under my arms from the incisions and my boobies are a little tender, but nothing bad. I go back on Friday to see my PS and get a check up. I'm very happy with the new me and so glad I did it. Well, that's my story so far!

Aww! That's such a nice little story! I'm glad everything went smoothly for you.I've never been operated on before or been 'under' so I have no idea what to expect, but I hope it's somewhat like you pictured it cause that doesn't sound too bad!

I am not far away from my surgery *aug 8th* and I cant imagine how terrified/excited I'm going to be when I'm in the waiting room.
I hope you have a swift recovery and that everything works out just fine!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that my pix are coming soon! Promise! I still have some bruising on my right breast from the lipo, and I was waiting for it to go away. Sorry it's taken me so long.....
I also wanted to give you all an update on my progress. I had my appt. on friday and I got an A for my massage on my left breast (YAY!), but I got a C on my right breast (Boo!). My PS had to reopen the pocket

. Ouch! I go back this Friday,and my PS said he wants an A on both sides. I will do my VERY best to get an A!!!!
