Well after having lost about sixty pounds and then going up and down in weight with 2 pregnancies(breastfeed both) I wanted (needed) to get myself some new boobs. The ones I had were totally deflated and unacceptable for my age. I wanted to wear cute/sexy tops and dress without having to pull my poor deflated chest up from my tummy. I never really thought I could afford it or would have the courage to go thru with it until I found this site. Then i got the boobie bug. I HAD TO HAVE SOME!!! lol. I became obsessed. So off to a bunch of consults i went, arghh what a blessing and a nightmare. my worst nightmare came true with the first ps i saw, he "suggested" a lot of other work he could do. I left in tears but determined to give it another go, thankfully i did i found the ps of my dreams. he was mellow and could share my vision of my desired results. I booked it three days later. I also knew someone who worked there and saw his work up close, he does a very natural job.

My pre-op was 2 weeks before my surgery. It became real then, he drew on me and we picked the size. I was nervous about going too big but he assured me with my frame and height i will look natural. I did all my bloodwork, got my rx's and waited. Let me tell you that whole week before is like the longest week ever!! my surgery was scheduled for 8/15 @ 7:30am.

the thursday before my surgery they called and pushed it back a few hours which sucked but i waited this long right? so i took my pills to make me sleep and woke up to get ready. i was so nervous. the nurses and the surgical center were awesome. they were friendly and funny and put me right at ease. Next thing i knew i was taking my iv and off to boobie land i went!!

I woke up what fell like 2 seconds later with new boobs!! they were full again!! they were high again, right where they should be. I am still swollen(i hope) and waiting to see what i will look like once the implants drop. i chose i 510cc silicone unders. I am soo happy. I had bad recovery, i reacted badly to the anesthesia, and all the meds they gave me, but i would do it all again in a heartbeat!

A HUGE THANKS to all you WONDERFUL ladies, i could not have gotten thru this without you!

ps. i also got lipo on my outter thighs if anyone has any questions about that!

Thanks for sharing your story, and also for having the conviction and dedication to losing 60 lbs! that is absolutely fabulous! congratulations to you!! I imagine reading your story is such an inspiration to those who have not yet had their ba as well as those who are wanting to lose some weight - which we have probably all struggled with!! I'm only 3 days out and am planning on getting my story up in the coming days... thanks for the inspiration there too!

btw, do you mind my asking who you went to in sf? i grew up there... just moved to orlando 6 mos ago...

Sorry to hear about your recovery we know we are gonna have pain but yeh coming out of the anesthesia is also a problem for me aswell...
but its not over yet it will get better...

they weight loss was a lond time ago(but thanks! : )) but totally helped my boobs get saggy!!

i went to dr. randall weil, he was so great!
