I am almost 2 months post op. I was lucky to have an easy recovery. My boobs stayed even the whole time. I had some swelling which lasted about 3 weeks but, no pain or real discomfort.

My #1 word of advice to all you ladies who have not had a BA yet is to take photos after you have your BA to watch your progression. It is easy to forget exactly what you look like when you first have your BA. I took photos from day #1. What a difference from day #1 till now.

I started out a not so full 32B. I am wearing a full 32D now and I think I got a bit bigger since being sized. At almost 2 months I finally dropped and fluffed. For me it is basically having the implant fill out the bottom of the breast rather than sitting high at the top. I started out with a torpedo look which is very evident in the first photos I took. Comparing the early photos to recent photos is very interesting. That is why I say ladies take those pictures! My boobs at first were very tight and DID NOT move. Now they are softening every day and looking more natural. They move! I would say I look a bit bigger now after D&F since the implants are softer and not so high & tight. This will differ for everyone.

The thing I didn't fully realize (even after doing months of research) is your results are not overnight. I think a lot of people have this misconception. Your boobs will change as the weeks and even months go by. It is best not to get discourage. Just enjoy your transformation.

Right now I am concentrating on lightning my crease incision scars as much as possible. The incisions are still a bit pink since they are fairly new. I use a combination of Vitamin E ointment, Palmers Stretch Mark Lotion, and Bio Oil. I was lucky not to get stretch marks but, I used the Palmers lotion from day #1 in case it happened. I massage these items into my boobs every night before I go to bed. I just use a light circular motion around "the girls". No harsh pulling or pushing since my PS didn't say it was needed. This again will differ for everyone so ask your PS.

All in all I am extremely happy. I love my results and I would do it over again in a minute. Getting dressed in the morning is so much fun. I just wish I had done it sooner.

good to finally hear your story! i always love to hear about easy recoveries . . what i hope for, but not what i expect.

also, it's good to drive home the "you won't get results overnight" idea as much as possible. even though my brain KNOWS this and i have read post after post about dropping and fluffing and WHEN and PLEASE NOW . . i know that my heart will be wishing for that instant gratification.

note to self: heart, sometimes you've gotta move over and listen to the brain.

What a great story! I think you leave great advice to many, many girls out there. So many beat them selves up during recovery, get worked up over many little things, and look at the girls sooooo often (lol) they find problems that nobody else would probably notice.
