If the peas smell funny I read in another post somewhere that berries are better when it come to the smell after they begin to defrost. HTH

Good luck in your recovery and take it easy, don't do too much. You don't want to "mess" anything up.

Thanks for such a detailed story. It really helps me to feel more prepared for what I'm getting into as I get closer.

The part about the reception desk being close to the waiting area reminded me of my most recent pap. My doctor is in the same building as various other doctors. Well, there was this very cute fireman in the waiting area. So the receptionist was talking to me about my co-pay. She started going on and on about how she didn't think I needed to pay a co-pay for my ANNUAL (which I knew I did). And let me just say that she was not a quiet person. As we continued to have this discussion, the waiting room was getting a bit more full and the cute fireman remained. She had to call somebody else to talk to them about it. She said the word ANNUAL at least 5 more times. Now you might think that a lot of people don't know what that word means in relation to a pap, but I've been told by my firefighter friends that they know. Hmmm...I was so embarrassed!
