Hi all ~

I figured I would share my story. I had my BA on Wednesday and I swear the day flew by I was scheduled to have it done at 12 so I had to be there at 11am. I took my daughter to her daycare dropped her off and by the time I got back home the surgical center was calling the dr wanted me there earlier aaahhhh! lol So I arrived at about 10:50 and they started my paper work right away and then had me sit in the waiting room again. Then about 2 minutes later my nurse came out and had me pee in a cup and then change into the most fashionable outfit ever lol then all of a sudden the anesthisologist came over and talked to me and then it was time to go get prepped I said goodbye to my mom and they took me in I got the IV which I have to say didn't hurt as much as they normally do for me probably because I was so damn nervous. They made me sign a few more papers and then my PS came in drew on me and I was set to go I was walking into the OR at about 20 after 11 which to me everything happened so damn fast. They gave me some stuff in my IV I was out in seconds and I woke up in the recovery room and OMG was I in pain lol I felt like I had an elephant sitting on my chest lol I looked at the clock and it was only 1pm I was like wow that was quick. I finally was able to get up and get dressed and my mom came to get me. We got home and I was still so drugged that I passed out for about 2 hours maybe it was 3 I forget lol and then I had to take my pills. I ended up getting sick from those too (soooo not fun) Day 2 I have to say was god awful the pain was so bad thank god I had my brother around to help me get out of bed and get my meds and of course all I did was sleep on and off all day. Day 3 (today) is much better still pain but not as bad and I was finally able to shower and see what they looked like. I am not bruised at all which is nice and not to swollen however, they are very very high up so they look a little funny. I am not liking them yet but I know after reading so many stories on here that once they drop I will absolutely love them =) I apologize if this sounds funny in anyway I am still all drugged up lol but I finally have what I have always wanted LOL whoo hoo yay me!

!!! I got mine Monday and had the same experience as you did...it happened so fast!

I'm excited about how ours will look once they settle from being up and under our chins

thanks everyone! yea as of right now they do look a little "funky" but hey they are bigger than they were lol. how long does it take for them to start dropping?

Hey There congratualtions!

I had mine done 10 days ago now and Im absolutley thrilled to say the least

but like you its been a roughish week.

They were very sore for around 4 days and I still get sore at the end of the day but its defintly eased and I only take the pain killers occasionally when things are a bit sore. not as bad as at first.

I had the first post op appointment last wednesday and that was when I got to see them for the first time as I was covered in sugical tape. And most of the swelling had gone down and for the first time they really look good.

The swelling can feel very tight and hard and my boobs only really started to ease and the muscles relax this week and thats when they look like theyve dropped to a natural breast like position from the doll like first few days!!!

The 'v' pillow they told me to get really helps too and definitely meakes lying down a lot more comfortable as it can be a bit awkward at first so get your family to go and get you one.

I went shopping for and to get fitted the other day and I thought I was going to end up around a DD but oh my god Im a 30/32F!!!!!!! Arh but they just look fabulous and I know yours will too.

Totally agree with you though- if Id have know it was going to make me so hapy and be so much fun to have bigger boobs Id have done this years ago its such a great feeling!!!

Congratulations! I am 12 days post op, mine were really high up at the start as well and they have dropped so much already, although they still have a little while to go it is amazing how much they progress so don't worry at all. I'm sure you will love them!
