My redo from 475cc to 800cc's

I'll start out with some background information for you all.
I've wanted breast implants since I can remember, it was never a question of "if" but more like "when"... so in February 2008 I got 475cc's of saline... which took me from about a B cup to a D/DD cup depending on the bra... they were great but I wanted HUGE boobs, and they were big but not huge. not to mention in clothes they looked like a B cup, and if I couldn’t wear a push up bra with a top I wouldn’t wear it cause they looked like a B even in low cut shirts... Naked they looked huge, but I wanted to look huge fully dressed too.

Anyways after talking to my PS I found out I didn’t have to wait a year to get them re-done (what I previously thought), I was THRILLED... I told him this time I wanted to go about 700cc's... which a couple days later sounded like not enough of a change from 475cc's... so I finally decided that I wanted to do 800cc's. So to tell you exactly what was chosen – 750cc bag filled to 800cc’s, High Profile, Saline, Under the muscle.

So finally the day to get them done was here. I went in around 9am, didn’t go on the operating table till about 10:30. The worst part for me is when they stick the IV in you when you about to get knocked out, cause you have no idea at what second your going to fall asleep. This time she stuck the IV in my hand and told me I was going to feel relaxed, and that’s the last thing I remember, I was out QUICK this time. The next thing I remember I woke up in the waking up from anesthesia room. I was much more alert this time then my first breast augmentation. When I had my first breast augmentation I remember going on and on with the nurses about my hair color changes for some reason. This time the only pain I felt was where my insecions were. I was tired and a little slow with my responses, but definitely not “out of it” like some would assume you’d be right after surgery.

Then about a half hour later I was wheeled into my friends car and we went home. I was really surprised, because last time the main thing that I remember was my arms had no strength in them what so ever, this time I didn’t feel any of that at all. I was actually disappointed for some reason that I felt almost no pain what so ever. I felt like I couldn’t just sit around and relax and recover cause I didn’t have pain and I should be moving around doing my normal day to day activities.

When I got home I did just that, cleaned my house a little, walked up and down stairs… I didn’t sit still for more then 10 min cause I felt like I didn’t need to, nothing hurt. When I went back in the day after to get my bandages removed and I got the first look at my new boobs I didn’t think they looked that much bigger. I mean I noticed this time that there wasn’t much space between my boobs (about a fingers width which was PERFECT cause I hate hate hate space between boobs) after my first breast augmentation I had about 2 ½ fingers width between my boobs…. but other then that they looked about the same. I got 325 more cc’s this time then the last time so I KNOW they have to be bigger. I think I just have a problem with distortion, I know that no matter what my boobs will not look big to me.

I went and bought a sports bra after leaving the plastic surgeons office. I fit into a 36DD, which made me upset cause with my first breast augmentation I was fitting into a 34DD… so I was like 325 more cc’s and I haven’t even really gone up one cup size???? I Did measure the width of each boob before my 2nd operation and I was about 9 ½ inches around on each boob, this time I am 12 inches around on each boob, so I know it made a difference… I was just hoping that I would be popping out of a DD bra…. I know I shouldn’t focus on the cup size but It was my dream to fit into an E cup or a F cup.

It’s Friday and I got my breast augmentation on Monday so I’m going to give it more time and then see how I feel.. They look beautiful as far as shape goes, as my friend said “you have the most perfect boobs i've ever seen” which made me feel better. I think I will wait a year or so and go in for my 3rd breast augmentation and get at LEAST 1,000cc’s, I am not sure how big you can go with Saline under the muscle implants, but id like to go as big as possible. Also I haven’t worn any clothes yet (ive been in my sports bra and a zip up hoodie all week) so once I try on my old shirts I may notice the difference more.

Over all it was a good experience, I still wish for some reason I was in more pain, cause then I’d feel like I was recovering from surgery, I feel like this was just any other week. I am much happier with the High Profile Implants and I’m excited to see how they look in all my clothes, I want to look huge with and without bras!

Thanks for sharing your story gf.. and I would think with a increase of 300cc+ you have to be bigger than you were.. I'm guessing since you just had your surgery, your muscles are still tight and once they relax, you will get to the size you were aiming for!! And I think sports bras are SUPPOSED to fit smaller, so they compress and support for higher activity, so surely a regular bra would be bigger!! So hears to hoping they settle to the size you were aiming for!! I bet you look fanastic!! Keep us posted!!!

Congrats! good to hear! i'm going for my redo on tuesday from 375 moderates to 630 high profile. i had general the first time and now i am having local anesthesia. how about you? which one did you have each time? I hope my recovery is easy. the first few days for me was hell after my first. and honey you went from a 34DD to a 36DD. so that is a good change! plus you are still really early and will fluff out and get bigger! anyway so excited for you! hope my redo goes as smooth!

Congratulations...I think that once your muscles relax and let go, you will be able to see the size difference...I'm sure that you'll get your dream size!

Congrats on your new big boobies!! No pain huh?? LUCKY YOU! Were you in pain with your first breast augmentation??

I hope they work for you but you should be concerned about symmastia( happens when your implants are too big for your body) I found out I have it and so does another girl and she only got 250ccc. It's a tough thing to repair and costly,twice as much as a breast augmentation!

yeah ive heard of that but i dont think that will happen to me, my PS is one of the very best in MN and i dont think he would have put them in if he felt they were going to be too big for my body

i was in pain with my first breast augmentation, allthough the first time around it wasnt horrible pain, it was more like i had ZERO arm strength for a week and it hurt alot more to move around... this time i was just shocked that i didnt lose any of my arm strength at all.
