 | rapid(ish) recovery
I had my breast augmentation done late June 2009, and 1 month out (today is 31 days), I feel a like my "old" self. I also felt like my recovery was "rapid". I was prescribed 40 percocets, 40 valiums, 14 keflex (antibiotic as I am allergic to penicillin), and 10 phenegran (anti-nausea med). I had my breast augmentation at 12:45pm, they stated that I was asleep before half the "medicine" was gone (lightweight) and took longer to wake up than normal (i took 6-8 mins) but after 9 hours (i was in a lot of upper BACK pain when i awoke, and normal breast augmentation pain when I got home) I felt SOOOO much better. I was surprised it was that quick that I could move around, etc. I do suggest TAKING IT EASY for a while longer than you think you need. Being on meds, I felt a lot better than I really was... take your time, breathe, relax, enjoy being spoiled (my boyfriend REALLY spoiled me) and enjoy your new boobs!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience using rapid recovery. I'm definitley going to ask the PS that I consult with about this! I'm happy that you've had such a comfortable recovery. Enjoy your new boobies! I'm going off to do some research now...  |

Wow! Congrats on your breast augmentation and such a rapid recovery! I hope that mine goes as well as yours did!

__________________ Just got my new 750cc smooth round mod plus silicone cohesive gels. They are now 7 days old. I am a wife (married for 8 years) and proud mother of my 7 year old daughter. 1st breast augmentation went from a 32 A cup to a big B cup small C cup (350cc saline implants) had implants for 2 and a half years 2nd breast augmentation went from (350cc saline implants to 450cc) had implants for 3 months. 3rd breast augmentation went bigger from a (450cc saline implant to 650cc) had implants for 4 years. 4th breast augmentation experienced a deflation with saline redo went from 650cc to 620cc high profile saline implant brought me too a 38 DD cup. Had implants for 6 years. 5th and final breast augmentation March 9th, 2010 switched from saline to silicone smooth round mod plus cohesive gels 750cc. boobies are 7 days old, very happy with results! They are so soft and bouncy! |
