My breast augmentation Story...

ok so i'll start out by saying i am 5 days post op.
i am 5'5 and only about 100lbs and my pre op size was a 32A.
I got 275cc smooth silicone mentors unders.
i got my breast augmentation because the only time i have ever had boobs in my life was when i was pregnant. and after i had my son my boobs shrunk even smaller than before and i felt like since i am so petiet and dont have boobs...i have the body of a 12 year old! AHHH!!! so i decided since i just graduated with my Associates FINALLY!! i deserved to get my breast augmentation!! its hard paying rent, bills, going to work, school (maintaining a 4.0 and getting validvictorian) taking care of my son, and cleaning the house. so i finally felt like before i get my new job im gonna do this! for me! WOOT!!! ok so anyway my breast augmentation story....

i had my consult back in may, and then decided on 250cc just to get that full B or small C. it took me about a month and a half to get my financing and i schedualed my surgery for july 13 which i had to post pone till july 27 cause my grandpa had to have his leg amputated. and my mom was busy with that and wouldnt be able to help out as much with my son. soooo i finally had my pre op on july 16 and i tried on sizers again with my PS. again i really liked the 250cc's on my small frame and she said to get that look she would have to do 275cc cause they shrink under the muscle. i got a little freaked out cause i didnt want to look to big for my small size buti ended up going with the 275 anyway.
the day of my breast augmentation i woke up all freaked out. lol cause i was scared of the IV. haha im such a baby when it comes to needles which is funny cause i went to school to be a medical assistant and the whole time we practiced drawing blood and giving shots on each other. but still the IV freaked me out. so my mom came over to stay with my son, and my bf and i left to the surgery center. when we got there i got checked in and had to wait about 10 min. i sat in the chair with my head down on my bf's arm and when they called me back the nurse was all... oh are we praying? lol i was all ummm no... just nauseas. they took me to the prep area and had me pee in a cup then change into the gown and the stockings and the little socks. my bf tried to grab a little boob for the last time lol and then i layed down and he sat in the chair next to me. the nurse then came over and took my vitals and said she had to put in the IV. i then proceeded to freak out in my head lol. as she got close to my arm and i saw the needle i freaked out more... dont know why im used to having my blood drawn and this was no different but i freaked out anyway. my bf called me a pansey haha and i finally told her to just do it. after accomplishing what i thought was gonna be the worst part again i started getting nauseas. they gave me some valium in my IV and all was WONDERFUL after that. i layed there for about an hour getting antibiotics in my IV to help prevent infection, and while they were working on another breast augmentation. while laying there we joked and laughed with the nurses for a while. then the anestisiologist came in and went over what she was gonna give me. and the surgical nurse came by to verify that i was the right patient. then my PS came and marked on me with the blue marker. and next thing i knew they were wheeling me to the OR. i kissed the bf goodbye and said i loved him and off i went. i dont really remember much of the OR just seeing the big lights over me and getting an oxygen mask and then i was OUT!
when i woke up i was being transfered from the OR table to the bed to wheel me out and i remember being all groggy and the first thing i said was... do i have boobies? they were all yup! and i drifted back off for a while. i woke up feeling like a sumo wrestler was sittin on my chest. not really any actual pain though. i asked for john ( my bf) a few times then saw him poke his head around the corner and he came over to me. i felt better then. lol. they mentioned something about giving me a pain shot... but i turned it down cause i wanted nothing to do with any more needles and i wasnt really in pain either. the nurses were all trust me your gonna want it. i never needed it. after checking my BP a few times they had my bf help me get dressed and got me into the wheel chair. i was a little nauseated but as soon as i got in the car i was fine and good to go.
the ride home wasnt too bad. and as soon as i got home i layed in the recliner took some vicoden, ate some crackers and grapes, and had some gateraid. a few hours later i was starving and ate pizza! haha. i never really had any real pain that day so i dont know why i would have needed a pain shot. just the tightness and hard time catching my breath. that night i took 2 vicoden and passed out and slept good. didnt wake up at all till about 7:30am. i took a pill and went back to sleep till about 9 when i got up and went to my post op. i wasnt feeling too bad at all and when walking down the stairs to the car one of the people i work with drove by who lives in my apt and i yelled out I GOT MY BOOBIES!!!!!!!!!!! they laughed and said congrats.
i got to the PS office and they were supprised how well i was doing being on the pain meds ... i wasnt all loopy or anything. lol they finally took off the bandages and the compression bra and i got to see them for the first time...OMG!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BOOBIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was beyond happy.

other than that the last few days have been a roller coaster. i had to finally get off the vicoden cause it was making me nauseated and when i tried to take a shower the other day i almost threw up everywhere. the back pain is killer from sleeping in the 45 angle. and the tightness of the bra and weirdness of the feeling of the implant is soooooooooooooooo frustrating right now. and my vein i had the IV in got all hard and a little sore in my arm. my insisions are starting to itch and drive me crazy...lololol but i know this is ALLLLLLLLL worth it.
my next apt with my PS for a follow up is on the 11th so i'll keep ya'll posted!!!!!!

YAY do the boobie wave! LOL! Iam currently working on saving up for my breast augmentation (cross your fingers for me girl) and i enjoyed reading your story because when i went to the consultation i knew i wanted the 250's (full b small c) but after the PS took my measurements he said that 280 is something that would give me around that look (i have like no breast tissue). So reading your experience makes me even more excited.

yeah i would deffinately go with the bigger one. i thought that the 275 was gonna make me look HUGE! but it ended up looking just how i wanted them. like the PS said they shrink under the muscle, so if i would have went with the 250cc i think i would not have been as happy with the results. good luck let me know how it turns out!
