Well today was my turn to get my boobies!!! I wanted to post my story because I know how much fun I had reading everyone's story. I will add onto the thread each day as progress is made.

The history of my desire for boobs:
Ever since puberty screwed me over on breasts I have always thought about getting breast implants. I never did it because of the money and I never thought "average" girls didn't do that. I thought plastic surgery was for the rich famous peope. Well my fiance proposed to me June 6th and one of my bridesmaids was telling me about her friend who was getting them done. Well this sparked the flame inside of me. Realizing that I have a good job and can afford it for once and I would be able to look killer in my wedding dress. So from there the research started and about two months later I have my boobs!!!

Day of breast augmentation:
I managed to keep myself pretty calm all the way up to my surgery. I usually get really nervous about this stuff but I was surpisingly calm. The night before my breast augmentation I took my anti-inflammatory and my sleep pill. I knocked out about an hour after I took it and woke up 40 minutes before my alarm went off. I took my shower the night before so all I had to do was get dressed, wash the boobs one more time and brush my teeth.

I was getting just a bit more nervous driving to the dr's office. When I got there we went straight back to a consultation room. I changed into an open back robe and put these circulation stockings on my legs. Let me tell you they are sooo freakin' hard to get on. I was laughing so much and started to sweat it was such a workout. My fiance just kept laughing at me. The nurse came in went over pre-op stuff and then put the IV in. I did really good with the needle usually I'm a big baby but my hands were shaking really bad. After she left my Dr. came in and drew dots on me and I told my fiance he could play connect the dots when we went home. haha. Then my anesthesiologist came in and talked to me. Then I went pee and then she put some stuff in my IV and I don't remember leaving that room. My fiance said I walked out with her, gave him kisses and I don't remember ANY of that. haha.

The next thing I knew I was waking up all alone in a recovery room. My nurse came in to see how I was doing. And said I could go home in a little bit. I was soo drugged up and tired I could barely keep my eyes open. The drive home wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

I took my muscle relaxer and pain killer once I got in the car because I felt so stiff as if some fat man was sitting on my chest. When I got home I just kept dozing off. Even when I was sitting up!! My head would just slowly lower and I was OUT!! I got up and walked around a bit and have tried to make sure I move my arms around a bit.

My fiance washed my underarms for me so I could put on deodorant. So sweet. He made me grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch and I had a few club crackers for a snack. Those things stuck to my mouth so bad and made some weird thick paste. It was so hard to swallow it. He went to Walgreens and got a thermometer, gatorade and some other stuff for me. Then we had subway for dinner, I went with him so I could see the outside world a little more today.

So far I'm doing great. They are high, hard, and swollen just as they should be. My skin is lifted off my chest a bit between my breasts, I've seen it in a few other girls so I'm hoping that goes down. So far no stretch marks either!!! Yay for bio oil.

Thank you for everyone's support through all of this. You girls were so quick to answer all of my questions. I really do love this forum and I don't know how I would have made it without ya'll!!

WOW ~ some of you girls amaze me. Just had your surgery & your up & around already. I loved being pampered by the hubby so I rested.

With my first breast augmentation I was so drugged up that I passed out walking to the potty. Then with the 2nd I was awake on the way home & that nite I was up & around like it was nothing. I hope your doing great. Best Wishes.

Day Two:
Well I woke up at about 4 am to pee and my pain meds wore off. So I had to wake up the fiance and have him help me up. Then I tried to lay flat on my back instead of angled. Yea..that didn't last too long. I always crack my back a few times during the day and I can't do it so it was hurting to breathe and everything. So the fiance helped me back up to almost a sitting position. Then we got up at 7:30.

I felt stiff more than any pain so I took my anti-inflammatory and chose to see how extra strength tylenol works and opted out on pain pills or muscle relaxer. So far so good. I'm up and moving. Just had pancakes for breakfast!! We are about to jump in the shower and get it hot and steamy so my girls can feel good!!

I put on a sports bra last night before going to bed and they look good!! I have SIDE BOOB! WOOOOOHOOOOO!!! Everytime I bend over to reach for something I hold onto them because I'm scared they might fall off!! hahaha. I will post more pictures soon!!

Day two (cont'd):
I'm still doing good so far. I ended up having to take vicodin around lunch time. I was trying to be super woman and move around and do more than I did yesterday. So around lunch time I was starting to feel the strain on my boobs again. Then I took a nap before dinner and it felt soo good. My fiance and I played a game... I'd close my eyes and have to tell him which boob he was touching. I lost. hahaha. He said they are feeling softer already so that is good. My skin is still lifted of my chest between my boobs a bit but I'm hoping that goes down with the swelling. Other than that so far so good!! I can't wait for my belly to not be so puffed up.

Did you get unders cuz the muscle relaxer thing is telling me u got unders and most women would not feel really crappy after overs, I am just curious, also your pics look like unders?? I am confused LOL. Atleast your doing well.
