8:00am the day of surgery.
I'm surprisingly calm. I feed the animals, and do my usual running around. The countdown has officially begun in my head. I do things that for me are pro-active:
double check my lil suit case
Check for all chargers, laptop, cell charger etc.
I set out cat/ dog food for my roomy who's watching the gatito!
Put in surgery bra and meds- most important girls!
Everything else is second-
I try with every bone in my body to stay away from the bottle of water, orange juice and delicious oatmeal that lurk in my kitchen!
And I'm successful!
A little sacrafice, I figure for what's to come ;-)

Anyways, I then vacum and clean, It helps me feel useful.
11:20 rolls around and mom gets there to pick me up, omg so excited.
Not my usual nervous nelly self. I'm stoked to get the BA.
We roll out to ontario, where the surgery center is.
My BA is sched for 12:30pm but after paperwork is filled out, the minutes turn into an hour and I get a lil annoyed. As I voice this I get called back to pee in the cup, lol. :-)

No bambinos in this body- (that's babys in italiano). I'm refering to the prego test.
My nurse dude is a real sweetheart.
His name is Dan.
He kept complimenting my eyes and lips.
I was so shy for some reason- but still very happy- and calm.
They put me in a warm hospital bed and make me really comfy.
I get the nasty IV put in( which btw is the worst part, for me at least)
It felt like ouchy pressure in my arm. But bearable. for sure dont worry.

Then comes the relaxing medicine in my I.V. it really helped mellow my already mellow mood.

I meet the main nurse- Celeste: she was nice. She asked me family history questions and it took no time. I filled out a lil more paperwork.
And then the plastic surgeon came in.
Dr. Andreasen is very nice and he opened my gown and purple markered me. so if you see the purple marker in post op pics its not bruising- cause I have NONE! YEAH! He answered me and mama's questions. She wanted to know what they were putting her little girl out with- diprovan MJ style, lol.
And she worried I would be nauseated- but I took that magic pill so Dan the nice nurse man assured us no nausea. And if so he could give me something no prob.
Anastesiologist- Ken came in and gave me the happier happy pill in the I.V. I still feel fabulous and calm. He had questions regaurding family anastes. reactions and blood problems with me or in the fam- but luckily none of that. Except mom and bro get ill upon anastesia
I kissed my mom- told her I loved her mucho. I prayed a little prayer. And anastesiologist wheeled me in the OR. I had very little anxiety. They did strap down the arms and put my feet in holsters. But they covered my arms and ouchy I.V. in a warm towel thing upon restraint. I felt like I was in good hands.
Last words Nina?
"Make em big, and be nice to me". - Me of course!

This is the crazy part.
In my mind 4-5 mins later after some amazing dreams might I say I woke myself up. I didn't have the whole groggy, gross, sad experience. No feeling bad or bamboozled.
For me it was like waking up to a glorious morning-
I was beyond excited, beyond happy, pain free and crying.
Crying because I have been embarrassed for so long by this itty bitty stretch mark titties and I look down and see amazing womanly breasts. I wanna cry again. I feel so blessed. So content and so comfortable.
Thank god. Wow this was an amazing experience.
no discomfort. A little tightness- its the perfect word ladys.
because thats it.

Mommy drives me home.
5:00pm at this time.
I beg her for starbucks.
And so she stops for me, iced coffee mmmm....
Girls I feel clear. Not like other times I've been put out.
And I'm way skinnier now- I don't get it.
I woke up feeling like myself.
Thank you god!
We made it back to moms. She had everything set up for me in her beautiful guest room.
I missed hella calls.
The Boy friend was concerned and got off early to see me :-)
As did my best friend, who took the day off. :-) and brought me pho, my fav.
I visited with them all night.
Oh and I ate one of my moms delicious blueberry pancakes.
I asked her for last week, so she got all the stuff :-)
The real kind might I add- no fake blueberry, and no syrup, they are
so dang delicious- you don't need it.
Also my mom, dad, and baby bro were around talking to me and chatting.

9:21pm I took valium and vicodin.
A lil bit foggy from it- nothing serious girls.
I'm sooo comfortable. And I look down and its HEAVEN on my chest.
I would have thrown myself on that OR/ No regrets/ No fears.

So here I am. Thank you all for answering my questions, guiding me through, and making this experience a joy and a delight. you all helped me out so much.
RAPID RECOVERY IS AMAZING.

Its 10:48pm,
I havent taken a nap, closed my eyes or been in any pain.
None from my breasts.
My back and chest is tight.
My abs and back ache and hurt from the turbo crazy workout i did yesterday and monday. Silly me.
It was my last chance workout.

It was amazing- If you want this make it happened- its so do-able.

I'm so glad to hear this! I'm getting Rapid Recovery too! I did a lot of research and that was the biggest deciding factor for me when picking the plastic surgeon.

Congrats on an awesome experience, I hope mine goes as well as yours! And you seem to have some amazing support from your loved ones.

So I've been feeling good.
Sort of got the blues, IDK why?
And then a nasty rash happened Thursday, it looked like chicken pox/ zits.
All over my shoulders arms and back. I was so sad l-(
Its getting a little better.

This sleep thing is killing me.
I seriously don't sleep I'm exhausted everyone.
I cannot find that comfortable position. I wake up in a stiff sweat,
Is this my second puberty?
Lol just kidding.
But I got the ok to work out today, which helped my mood.
And the doc made me peel off my steri=strips. I didn't want to, I really fought him. He let me do it at home. It doesn't feel so nice in the nipple area right now. They feel sad.they are pretty though, I can say that.
I love showing people.
Although, I have to slow my roll for a while because I look like a leper.
uh this rash is so fugly.
Oh well, its tuesday now so 2 more days of work after this TG!

So far 34-36 DD very happy. I have been measuring myself everyday since the surgery. It's weird that they do expand.

How many days post-op were you when you started working out?

I'm doing rapid recovery too, and realistically, when do you think I could start running if I had a super-supportive bra? My BA is Friday.

My Dr. Let me work out like 7-10 days after all cardio type stuff. I could run, but no absolutely no weights. Im 17 days out and I'm back to normal. I have been working out for almost a week and a half. I'm ok, but the bouncing hurts, so I reccoment to take it easy. Personally I'm waiting on the full blown running. Listening to your body is important. And my body said take it slow or I'm gonna hurt. And I listened. Listen to your body. If it hurts, try something else.
