my breast augmentation story oct 22nd

hello ladies well I got my breast augmentation/BL yesterday at 545am. It started by my dh driving me to the ps office. Knocked on side door since they had not open yet the nurse came out to greet me and told my dh to come back about 930am or so I should be ready. So then nurse took me back to a room where she took my weight and had me put on some compression socks so i wouldnt get blood clots then had me put booties, paper top, robe and hat on. Then she had me sitting there waiting for the ps to come in.

So after about 10mins or so ps comes in and started to mark all over me in purple marker fun fun. then he leaves and the anesthesia nurse comes in and asks me a few more questions i tell her this is my first time getting put to sleep so I hope all goes well. She then takes me to the op room where I lay on the table with the arms out in a t position. She says shes gonna give me some happy juice, in meantime where talking about how she used to be airforce and I was army too funny. Then im out next thing I know is im in a chair and the nurse and my dh are trying to wake me up but I cant open my eyes for the life of me. She said i was taking way longer to come out if it. So they try to lift me out of the chair and I get sick

. so embarrassing then they help me into the truck. Next thing I know where home and dh lays me on the couch. I was in and out for a while but everytime I would wake up I would get sick it was horrible. Finally by about 3pm or so I wake up and eat a piece of bread then pass out again. Then my dh takes kids to get some pizza comes home and I try to eat some I start to feel much better no dizziness. My chest feels so tight and sore but more on my side of boobs. So I end up sleeping on the couch on our recliner I actually sleep ok wake up about 5am to take my pill. I stop taking vicodin it makes me so sick I cant take it. So im sticking to muscle relaxers and motrin.

So day 2 dh takes me in for postop appt at 745am i feel better just sore. I go in and nurse takes off my ace bandages and gauze she says everything looks good just a tiny bit of oozing that will stop today so she then put me in a fishnet white tubetop thing with gauze on my incisions says I cant wear the bra since it would rub on my incisions. ps comes it says everything is looking really good so nurse then puts a strap across my chest to help settle the implants this thing is annoying. My vision is still blurry so if I type weird sorry. So ps says to move around and move my arms to help not get blood clots. So its almost noon now and im feeling ok just really really sore like someone used my chest as a punching bag

Hi there Just requested you as a friend Had my redo yesterday for bottoming out and I am very sleepy and sore too! Nusre called to see how I was and if they were very swollen. My husband came home to take off the bra to have a look and they are quite swollen and weird shaped! I hope its just because its so soon after the surgery Good luck to you

congrats! hopefully everything goes smoothly for you! being nauseous is NO good! if you are in pain you should ask for vicodin or something if percocet is too strong... happy recovery

Thanks everyone for the warm wishes im doing good just about no more pain at 6 days post op just alot of tightness. I hate this strap it sucks so bad hurts my armpits and pushes on my boobs ughhh. I have my 1 wk post op appt tomorrow hopefully they will let me wear at least a sports bra I feel so weird going around with nothing on but gauze and a fishnet wrap lol. I also finally with to the bathroom at 6 days omg not good I have gained 5 lbs since my breast augmentation/bl which is probably from not going to bathroom and bloated from surgery and a couple from boobies

Well I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow. thanks again for everything you gals are great!!!
