Starting from the beginning

I am going to have a breast augmentation consult and labiaplasty consult very soon. I will use this thread to discuss the whole journey. There is only one labiaplasty doctor that I am considering, but I have appts with multiple breast augmentation surgeons. I have some photos to bring in that I have labeled "Good Girls" and "Bad Boobs" from pics I found on the web!

Okay well I had a consult today and clicked with both doctors. I say both because the labiaplasty doctor I had already decided on is there, and the breast augmentation doctor was on board with everything I wanted. So, I have a tentative surgery date!! I don't want to give the exact date as it could give away my identity. Let's just say late November to early December.

I am getting both procedures done at once, so just one anesth. charge and a discount for having multiple done at the same time. I thought I would be embarased, particularly with the labiaplasty consult, but I was very comfortable. It is in my hometown already. Any girls considering labiaplasty might want to check out Dr. Stern. The breast augmentation doctor is Bafitis, I am going to do a search for his name here, and of course, before I put the downpayment for the procedure will do more Net research specifically on him as well as with the State of Florida to see if there have been any complaints etc. I had looked into Dr. Stern pretty heavily already since I had already decided on him.

Oh, I forgot some more details. We are going to use the Mentor gel. He said I had enough breast tissue to do either above or under the muscle. That kinda threw me since one, I guess I thought my girls were smaller than they actually are.... I think over the past ten years they have grown from small A to full A. Now I am very uncertain what to go with. I am tending towards sub muscle since it appears that lessens the risk of encapsulature. But the downside is that with certain movement an "edge" might be visible. Is that consistent with what you gals know?

I had wanted to get them a bit closer together but he frankly told me what he could do and leave a natural look. His assistant was a patient, and she was pretty cool, she was willing to take off her top and let me look at her girls. She is much bigger than I would go but she had a larger frame. Not fat, just more overall voluptuous than I. I have a skinny athletic build.

So what size, what size.... I know the minimum will be Full C. I have a 26 inch waist and a 36 inch hip. I am thinking if I get a 36 bust then I will be pretty close to the lyrics of Brickhouse!!!

The cost estimate I got listed high profile gels, but that might be one place where I will ask the surgeon for something different. I will ask why he recommended that as to a mid-profile implant. I do not want the high shelf look.

The incision is to be under breast. He is going to throw in a little lift though he said my girls will pretty perky on their own.

Still not sure what size. Out of all the pics I have looked at of ladies with a similar build, it seems like full C or C/D is what I seem to like.

I am worried about going too big.
