My jouney to big boobs

Ok so I was planning on going back to work today "Monday" but yeah no I usually sleep at an angle but the floor was hurting my bf back so we slept in our bed. Very bad idea I think I swelled up more and was in so much pain that I woke him up at 5:30 am. Usually I'm in a little pain but this morning sucked. I did a lot a lot a lot of massaging and arm raises to stretch and loosen my poor chest muscles. I can now put both hands on the top of my head with minimal pain. Not allowed to get water from the waist up so only get showers from the waist down

... I'm half way cutting back on my pain meds and no more valume cause I guess between Thursday and Saturday me and my bf watched 12 movies ha ha ha I kinda remember two of them. Really wish the pain would go away and my left boob tingles a lot after stretching or massaging it. Not so much on the right side. I can now feed my self. Except there compression bra is to tight around and it cuts into my sides which makes me more sore. The top part of my boobs don't hurt at all nor does the middle where ur clevage is... Weird but I won't complain. Hurts the most at the incision site. But doesn't hurt on the top part of my right boob where they took the lump out. Can't want to take a real shower. No boobie greed here kinda think I may have gone a little to big. Ok done rambling will let u know what the ps tells me today. My dad is driving up to take me there.

I am off all this week. I go back to the PS tomorrow for my first post op check up and to get the steri strips removed. My compression bra is way tight too. More so if I have been up while, they seem to swell up and hurt after being up and about for long periods of time. I slept through the night last night with no pain meds. Still havent gone to the bathroom lol....

Glad you are getting better....hang in there

I feel ya, I have lots of pain as well. It seems to get a little better each day. Good luck and rest rest rest!!!

Ok dr on Monday said all is looking well. When I got home i got sick and threw up. I throw up everyday now I swear. My muscles spasm a lot and yup it hurts. I'm also very tired and any little activity I need to take a nap. My bf drove me to work today and I am so miserable. I don't know how these other woman can go a couple days and feel perfect. Maybe I'm just a sissy I think I'm going to go home early cause i am just to sore and tired.

We all take pain and surgery different I did not throw up which is got to be hard on you, I only had a lot of pressure my first week. I hope you get to feeling better real soon hopefully by week 2 you are going to feel much better.

Unders are a lot more harder from a healing perspective. You are not sissy, your body has been through 2 surgeries. Give yourself some more time to heal! Congrats again!!

hey girlie! I am so sorry you have been throwing up.... I know how bad that must stink. I could not imagine. I too get very tired and weak after little activity. I also seem to get light headed.

Maybe your pain med is making you sick.... ( just a thought) I am doing pretty good, but would not say I am pain free. I still feel very heavy chested without my sports bra. Today I had the steri strips removed and have no feeling in my RT nipple. hopefully that will come...
I would not have even tried to go back to work today so MAD PROPS to you for trying! hugs and prayers to you boobie sister! I am here if you need anything from the other side of the USA

Ok sorry I disapeared I was in so much pain up until last night that I was in tears balling. I 100% regretted doing this honestly but I am now starting to like them. The pain is manageable but knowing what I know now if I could turn back time I would have never got this done. My boobs are 50% paid off but now I'm in debt and I don't really like them. I'm not a back sleeper at all and my lower back is killing me I wake up so many times in the night just cause my back hurts. I have tried everything to sleep on my side but it hurts. I'm also a big cuddler with my bf and I can't do that either. I'm emotionally worn out and want my old life back. I know it has only been 8 days and everyone says it will get better and I will love them. I'm just so bumbed right now that usually when my bf gets home I'm a sobbing mess and it takes him about 20min to put me back together. He likes my boobs but I don't right now and I'm the one stuck in the house all alone until about 6pm or later. Sorry for going on like this but I'm just so saddened by all of this.

I'm so sorry to hear that your recovery has been hard. I think the previous poster that said you've been through 2 surgeries needs to be repeated. Your body needs time to heal and it will! You look like you're in incredible shape, very healthy. That will help your recovery so much. Your muscles are tight and the process they need to go through to accommodate the implants will take time.

It really sounds like the post-op blues have hit you very hard. Be gentle on yourself and really try to get out a little bit each day. It seems overwhelming and I know it tires you out but the change of scenery is needed for your well-being.

I think being so active 8 days must seem like an eternity but you are really early days out This time next week you'll have a better outlook and it will get better as you continue to heal.

You are completely normal. Normal after this surgery is a pretty wide scale. Some (like you & me) take a lot longer to heal and feel better. Be good to yourself during this recovery time. The pain meds are a depressive so the quicker you can cut down the better you'll feel. Like motrin or tylonol inbetween. Get outside a little every day. Walk around and breathe. The boobie blues are real and no fun. And there is a psychological recovery too. Your brain has to get used to the new body. It changes the way you look at yourself and feel about it. I'm sure that by next week you will feel more like yourself. Lots of love and soft hugs to you, girl.

You hang it there and it will get better and I hope that after all you have gone thru you end up liking them its a big adjustment, I know my life has been a emotional roller coaster all the way since june with the cc hitting me at week 4 and now I need a pocket revision so its very hard to deal with the stress. We are here for you just so you know you have a ton of boobie sisters for support
