Goodbye Saggy Hello perky ( long )

Went to Plastic Surgeon today and have been cleared for a month! He removed the steri strips around my incisions ( so now I feel bare and nervous) but there are internal stitches that will disolve. He also gave me the ok to walk on the treadmill at the gym for 1/2 mile at a time at a speed of 3.2 incline of 2 or was it 3... ????? I am super excited!

Came home and tried on a couple bras- NONE FIT! Yeah...... I am so excited!

On a side note- could not have vein ablation done until thursday..... oh well. Everything happens for a reason!

Congrats! I also pulled something a few days after surgery, that boob has bruised a little more but the Dr said it was fine. Also, are you taking anything for constipation? Mr Dr said as long as you are on pain meds, even a reduced amount, to keep taking stool softners or laxatives. Your DH sounds awesome - thats so sweet that your daughter dryed your hair too.
