A Big Thank You!

I just wanted to post a separate thread today and let everyone know who replied to my sad post....thank you so much for your encouraging words! This morning was absolutely the worst day of nausea plus diarrhea (tmi). It was so bad I had my dh call my ps who was on call today. She advised me to keep drinking fluids, quit all pain meds if I could handle it and call back in two hours. If I wasn't better she was going to have me come in for IV fluids.

So, two hours later I was better-not 100%--but much better. I have made sure to get out of bed today and walk around the house. I even felt good enough to do some light picking up, wiping counters, etc. But, have made sure to get enough rest too. I think the combination of hardly any sleep along with the pain meds was too much. Although I am still sore and in some discomfort I feel like I can do without them if it will make my tummy better. I hate feeling sick! On a good note--both breasts have definately dropped some more. Not all the way of course, but much better. My left side is more bruised and swollen on the side than my right but I know that can be normal. I am just hoping tomorrow morning won't be as bad and that at 1 week I will start feeling even better. This has definately not been picture perfect, but I have hope that it will be worth it!

I feel so bad for you, it sounds like you've had a really rough recovery,
but it does get better I promise.
