I'm using Dermatix silicone gel. It's to early to tell if it's working but i've heared tons of good reviews about it. It's a bit pricy, but hey... if i already spent this much, who's counting! LOL

It's available on e-bay.

I am one month out and my PS took the tape of scars yesterday and gave me kelo-cote to put on the scars. I cant say wether I have noticed a difference or not it is too soon to tell. I like it though it is quick drying silicone not a sheet. So far my PS had done a great job so i pretty much trust whatever he says.

My PS also gave me Kelo-cote scar gel to use on my scars. I love that it dries quickly. For my mini tummy tuck scar, I am also using Curad scar therapy since it worked well with my C-section scar. However, I noticed they discontinued making that product. I am only able to get it on ebay.

I haven't posted in a good long while because things have been going pretty well. My scars flattened out for the most part and I have been using vitamin e on them. My surgery was on may 14th so its been a while, but I swear lately it seems like one of my scars (crease incision) is actually darkening. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this at all or has any idea if it's normal/what it might mean?!

I am using Decleor prolagene gel on mine. I have only just started applying it morning and night. But I have used it for years on my face and everywhere. I use to get like heat rash on arms and on my bk but now its all completely flawless... Its kept my skin clear and its faded a really bad burn I had on my arm to barely being noticeable. I can only wait and see how it works with my fresh scars but will let you know

I used Neosporin Scar Solution Silicone Scar sheets what I got my first breast augmentation (I had incisions on my inframammary crease) and they worked wonders. I couldn't use them until the stitches were removed though. They are big sheets that look like bandaids so I cut them as the surgeon suggested. I wore them maybe 6-months or so. The scars are so minimal now and match my skin---barely noticeable. My current boyfriend doesn't notice the scars unless i point them out when I lift my breasts. I definitely recommend them. I'm going to use them again when i get my breast augmentation re-done.

great scar cream

Hi! I bought cream that came with scar tape from my PS. You cut strips of tape and put it on where you have the incision,I had mine on my areola, then you put the cream on the tape. It bonds to it and stays on,even in the bath or shower. You leave the tape on but apply the cream everyday until it comes off. Then you start all over by redoing it again. I don't remember exactly how long I did it but you can't even see my scars. It's called Alpha Centella scar management programme and its from South Africa(the rain forest area). It cost $55.Maybe you can get it online.I have tried Mederma and Scar Therapy creams on my kids before and they never worked.I can't lie Ireally was impressed with this creaam and my results!!!

Rescue Remedy by Bach Flower essences. You can use it on your nipples as well. Works great (Whole Foods, Giant) around $10.00-15.00 . Also helps with the stress (all natural).

i plan to use (pure) shea butter when i have the strips taken off. i used it religiously when i was pregnant and was huge during my pregnancy... my mom and all the women in my family got stretch marks and i never got them. it's a bit of work in terms of having to heat the shea butter for a few seconds in the micro, but i think it made the difference for me, so i'm going to do it for my breast augmentation, alternating with vit e capsules. hope that helps.
