 | 3 week post op appt today
Nothing exciting. Changed the steri strips, and she said all looks good. I can wear an underwire and exercise after 3 more LONG weeks. Still just supposed to push the girls together, up and then down a few times a day instead of massaging. She said the nipples may be sore for another few weeks... UGH. And I guess I am still "shiny" so I will stretch a little more. I love my size and hope to stay about where I am. I go back in 4 weeks.  |

In another 3 weeks for my 6 week anniversary. I got cleared for sports bras and (sorry) exercise (including running) today - I am very excited to get rid of the softness I've been developing of late!!! I posted a note on my visit somewhere today in the forum... Isn't it funny how doctors are SO different in their postop care? |

| lol...cry me a river!!... Well, a "nothing dramatic" post-op is terrific!!! You will be back in shape in no time...because you are already looking awesome!! I, on the other hand, am making myself repeat slowly : "It's all worth it for lovely boobies. It's all worth it for lovely boobies!" It has been almost 6 MONTHS since I've had the go ahead to work out!! Yes, there were a few weeks I could...and boy did I!!...but I am softer than a pillow right now!! So hush! I am that magical "...at least I am not like HER" that some of us need to remember to be grateful!! LOL But anyway...I love the post-op visits, actually. What a great encouragement you got today!! I'm so excited for you! |

You are right Terrie!! It IS all worth it for lovely boobies. And I do need to be thankful for them and for no complications so far. Part of the no working out with my PS is no raising my heart rate AT ALL... which means no walking and NO SEX!! UGH!! Not that I want DH messing with them much now, my nipples are so sensitive, LOL!!! Anyway, I hope not to get more soft on the boobies and not more soft on my rear and thighs over the next 3 weeks!!
