Will they feel natural?

I was a 32A when I got my breast augmentation and I went up to being a B cup. I am on my fourth day and, of course, they are feeling rather firm. Will they feel like natural breasts? Also, In a natural B cup the nipple is a lot bigger, or so i've seen in my friends. My nipple isin't as big. Will the breast augmentation get it to enlargen? I just want to feel/look as natural as possible. Thank-you. You guys really are a huge help.=)

Did you get silicone or saline? Either way, your breasts will soften up in time. If you have unders, it will take longer than with overs, since the muscles have to stretch and accomodate the implants and also relax and let the implants drop into their correct position. Mine started to really feel softer around 1 month post-op and kept getting better from there on out. As far as the nipples, everyone's are different. Doesn't make any difference whether they are natural or breast augmentation. Sometimes a breast augmentation can make the nipples stretch out a bit, but pretty much you're going to have the same size you started with. Whatever you have IS natural for you. HTH.

They'll get there darling! There are many women on here who are several months post-op and will tell you how jiggly and wonderful they feel! I'm about a week ahead of you, and the differences are tremendous! You'd be surprised. I'm already feeling looser, and they are starting to get a little bounce to them.

With the nipples, you can't really tell until you get there. Because you are adding volume, your skin will stretch to accomodate the size.. that's what we call fluffing. They might get bigger, but probably not too much. Don't worry about it! They'll be beautiful!

i've never felt naturally large breasts so i don't know what a natural big boob feels like. dh says mine feel GREAT though and i asked him to be honest. i have saline unders and am just now feeling like they don't feel UN natural. it takes time for the muscle to loosen up and the girls to get jiggly and soft. BUT it will happen, i promise! good luck!

Did you get overs or unders? Reason I ask.... I got overs so I guess mine have expanded my breast tissue out some, since they are not fighting the muscle. And it looks like my previously small areolas are bigger, or wider I guess I should say. So yours may get bigger too as your tissue expands more.

Hi, My felt like rocks afterwards but almost 3 weeks post op they are defintely starting to feel real, Im sort of shocked. They really feel natural and bouncy, one side more than the other for now but Im sure they'll even out.

I'm almost 4 weeks post op and mine have softened up a lot- my husband said "wow" last night b/c they've gotten so soft. I can't wait for more changes but you have nothing to worry about!

I'm almost 5 weeks post op and my boobs are really starting to jiggle! I love it and they are getting softer everyday. You will see so many changes soon, but I do know how hard it can be to wait. Congrats on the new additions!!

I am 2 months out and mine are stll somewhat hard and do not feel natural but are slowly getting there, everyone is different! You are still very early so it will take some time!!! Hang in there!Keep us posted! Hugs, jenn

My breasts were incredibly hard...like rocks...for about the first 2 1/2 weeks. Now at 5 months post-op they are very soft, and I have salines. The only breasts I had ever felt were my own pre-breast augmentation boobs, and my salines feel very similar. They do, however, feel firm if I lift my arms over my head or when I am lying on my back. I am getting a redo in a month and a half to go bigger and switch to silicone gels, and I can't wait to see how soft those are going to be!

About the nipple thing, my surgeon did say that the nipples would get bigger when I had my first breast augmentation done. However, I got 455ccs, which would probably cause more of a difference than a smaller implant.
