Day 3 post-op

Okay so I am day 3 post-op and I think this morning is the worst pain I have had. I am stiff and sore. I am no weenie either ( had natural childbirths). It hurts to do anything. I had the transax incision and I have a lot of pain from my side boob into my armpit. Guess that is from squeezing the implant in through that little hole. Just took some pain meds. I'm gonna sit back and relax now.

I'm sorry to hear you're in pain today. With my first BA I was in pain & very uncomfortable for the first 5 days. Day 5 was a major turning point for me as I felt much better starting that day. The recovery process can be hard & frustrating. But in the end you will have beautiful boobies just focus on the end result. Keep up on your pain meds you'll be feeling better in no time.

I am also on day three and was just coming to make almost the exact same post. I am so stiff and sore today. It's just that my muscles are so sore. My incisions are in my crease, but my muscles at my armpits and the sides of my breasts are incredibly sore. I am right there with you.

Plus, I had a minor hernia repair done right above my belly button. I have 3 stitches in my belly button. I am so bloated, it feels like they are going to pop. I am feeling a little whiny right now. But thankfully, my mom lives nearby and she is going to the drug store to get me something for the bloating. At least I can hopefully make something feel better soon...

Mornings have been the absolute worst for me, too! Once i got up and moving and took a shower, i felt so much better. Maybe that will help you? Good luck! By day 5 i was feeling much better....so it doesn't last forever at least!!! Hope you both have restful days!

I agree with most of the girls, I was having a meltdown each day until day 5 thinking I made a huge mistake because the pain was so bad. I'm now 1 week post op, and I def. don't feel wonderful, I have to take things very slow and sleeping is the worst, but what a difference it was from day 4 to 5, it was like night and day. Just how much more mobility I had in my arms, and I wasn't getting shooting pains anymore. Stay strong, it wont last forever I promise

I think day 3 through 5 were the worst for me. I had a terrible burning sensation in my armpit. It felt like razor burn. That has since gone away so I think once you get past these next couple days you will start to feel better.

Thank you all for the reassurance. I did get up and move around but that causes a lot of pressure. Like you guys I am just really stiff and achy. Ok so I am so looking forward to day 5 now!
I hope all of you have a speedy recovery too!
