BA and mini tummy tuck, recovery time?

I'm having BA and a mini tummy tuck at the same time. Any thoughts on recovery time?

When will I be able to go back to work?
I'm getting two pain pumps also, one for the BA and one for the tummy tuck.

Thanks for any advice.

I was just about to post the exact same question! Except I don't know about any pumps. My PS said a week recovery for the BA and mini-TT, but I really believe she is being very, very VERY ambitious. I only have 10 days off work (desk job at least) but I still wonder if that's enough. That's why I am frantically on here trying to find the answer to the same question. If I don't think I can go back to work and hide the fact I am recovering from surgery, then I won't have the mini. I sure hope that somebody who's been through both will respond !!!

I have 10 days to go until surgery. I will have the BA pain pump for 3 days and the TT pump for 5. My PS says no shower until both pumps are gone. I have been told no driving for 2 weeks and no lifting, etc. for 6 weeks. Nothing heavier than a telephone receiver. I am fortunate that I work with my DH so he won't let me do anything I'm not supposed to. Still looking for info on recovery time.

I had a full TT and BA on Oct. 5th and recovery has been hard. But, I had major muscle repair to fix what 3 pregnancies did to me, 4 uncomfortable drain tubes (2 in abdomen and 2 in breasts) and an allergic reaction to the steri-strips that made the incision blister. I would guess that a mini TT would be much, much easier! You should be okay in 2 weeks just as long as you take it easy and let your DH baby you that entire time!
Good Luck!
