Question Anyone know of excercises that can stretch pec muscle...

Anyone know of excercises that can stretch pec muscle out maybe a little faster than just doing the massages alone. I'm wondering if anyone did any techniques like maybe stretching an arm behind and forcing a nice stretch or stretches overhead. I am alomost 3 months along and my pec muscle on my right side is very tight. If anyone has ideas, and can explain them in detail, that would be great. I just need to get this muscle loose and I am wanting to do more than the massages. My next appt with my PS is in 2 weeks and I would like to show a little progress. Thanks so much.

My PS made me stretch in the recovery room and I was instructed to stretch 5 times for 10 sec, 2-3 times every hour for the first 3 days. I think it helped out so much with recovery. I have never had a problem reaching up at all. Now I dont really do much stretching and my pecs dont feel tight anymore at all. You bring your hands straight out in front of you and slowly raise them up straight over your head. You then hold one hand with the other and push up. Hold for 10 sec bring them down until they are straight out in front of you then bring your arms out to the side like you are flying and stretch for 10 sec. Hope that might help you. Take care.

You should probably call your PS office and get the ok though or ask if they have any solutions.

I agree, i'd call your PS. Some PS don't want you to do stuff like that so you want to make sure it's okay.
