Post Op Puffy Nipples Help!

So, before I had my breast augmentation I had what I call puffy nipples and I was hoping that they'd look a little bit better after the surgery because of all the skin stretching and what not.
Today, 2nd day post op they're still puffy but I'm hoping this is due to the fact that I don't have all my sensation in them.
Anybody have a similar experience or some helpful insight?

My nipples were puffy and sort of pointing downward for about 1 1/2-2 weeks post op. Normal thereafter. Def. was weird though!

As awful and irritating as it may be, give yourself time. My left nipple, mainly the areola is still a litlte puffy and my left breast is still numb from the nipple down. Weird but it's just one of those things! I'm just glad the entire breast isn't numb anymore like it was for the first week - that was the pits!

Hang in there and give yourself time
