Arnica and Bromelain

How many days after surgery did you take your Arnica and Bromelain? Don't know when to stop them.

My PS said 7 days total. So in my case, I'm starting them 3 days before surgery & will quit 4 days post-op. HTH!

My ps said 10 days total,3 days before and 7 days after.

i took Bromelain, started a week before surgery & was told to just keep taking them till i was done w/the bottle. it seemed like forever, i think my bottle had 60 pills, took 3 times/day

. if i remember right the main site says not to take more than 10 days. hmm, i wonder why my ps's instructions read to take till the bottle was done. i never thought to ask anyone here or my ps though, i should have.
