Hi All I am 3 weeks post breast augmentation. Just in the last few days I have noticed my right breast which was previously doing fine, has developed some very light pink blotchy areas which are tender to touch. The nipple on this breast is also more sensitive. There is no redness around the incision (crease) and there is no apparent swelling. The breast's appearance has'nt changed drastically but the change is worrying me. Im hoping I have just been touching it too much or maybe scratching in my sleep to cause an inflamation - Im hoping its nothing more serious! Has anyone experienced this kind of thing?? |

Hi, yes i have had this also ! I thought it was because i have super white skin and its been stretched to capacity which makes the skin more sensitive and a bit blotchy. It didn't last very long and it has come and went a couple of times, just probably your skins reaction to being so stretched and settling into it. Maybe even a slight knock or rubbing could irritate the skin while its so stretched just now. Sorry bit of a rabble, but I wouldn't worry about it. |

I think you should keep monitoring it to see how it goes. If it doesn't get worse then you should be fine. It might just be a bruise that's finally showing up. But it can't hurt to let your PS know also. I hope it's just a bruise. Keep an eye on it and keep us updated, please! |
