Am I the only one???

I was told not to massage,am I the only one here that doesn't massage.I have saline unders and my doctor said he doesn't recommend massasing for unders?

I was instructed to massage... but I can tell you that you're not the only one. Every PS is different and they all have different opinions on massage. Just follow what they say and you'll be fine! :-)

I have been told not to massage. I have textured silicone unders. To be honest im relieved I dont have to massage, itd be ok at first but once I got back to work and normal life, I know id find it difficult to fit it in.

I haven't been told to massage yet, and i don't think my PS is going to tell me to, maybe its because i have textured overs, but im not sure.

I have saline, smooth, unders and did not have to massage. My PS says that he doesn't recommend his patients to massage because he doesn't create an oversized pocket so there is no need to massage them.

No, you're not the only one! I have textured silicone overs and have been specifically told NOT to massage. On the one hand it's great not to have to do it, but on the other it's really hard that we all seem to get conflicting advice from our PSs because then you start to doubt the advice you've been given. The bottom line I guess is that we should each do what our PS tells us!
