one week post op visit

I went for my one week visit today and I appreciate all of the support about my square boobs, because he told me it was just swelling also. I am very swollen and it will get better with time... I was really upset about how they were looking but I feel better now. He told me to wear the constricting strap on my bra up a little higher and that will help, I also start massaging today. I have a burning pain in one breast but they say that is the nerves, but it hurts really bad sometimes. Thanks for the help, and try not to worry if you are really high and square.

Here's to high square boobs!
Glad to know they are not forever.

I had my first po yesterday (day 3) and he told me to stop wearing my bra or only hook the top hook so they could start to drop.

The first couple of weeks can be the most difficult but once you get through them I’m sure you are going to feel a whole lot better about your new boobies. Your muscles are still tight and need to stretch a little more. Keep up with the massaging that will really help a lot.

Square boobs

Hey hun,
Glad to hear your worries have been put at ease. I don't have any swelling at all but then I did have overs so that's probably why. Pineapple chunks or bromlain extract, and aldo arnica are very good for swelling, I took them both 2 weeks pre-op and I think that helped to prevent swelling- just a thought, as the other girls have said your boobs will look fabulous soon, just hang in there!
