Why Am I Hurting So Much Today???

Hello my ladies!

Today I woke up at 4:30am with the pain of my life!!!. Why would it hurt so much at this point???. Maybe is the cold weather?. Also, question for you guys, when should I start dropping??? 3, 4, 5 weeks???. I know it takes up to a year for the last results, but I just want to get an idea of when I'm suposed to start seing some progress. I was suposed to go on vacation to the caribbean at the end of January and I don't think I should go anymore, what do you guys think??? Oh, one more thing: Does using this anoying strap on top of my bra really helps???. Because I hate it and I swear that I'm using it 24/7.

Oh Pam, I am sorry to hear you are still in pain but you are only 7 days post op! I am sure you are still sore and your skin is being strethed. But the pain is still normal.. your nerves are regenerating.. I still get sharp pokes in my boobs and I am over 6mths post op. Hope you feel better... and about your cruise.. i would still go!!!!

Pam,,,,, Sorry to hear you are still hurting and I can say it does get better but I am still pretty sore or more uncomfortable, but keep your head up and just keep telling yourself it will all be worth it, I keep telling myself that.

I say take the trip. At least the sites and scenery will help you to take your mind off your surgery.
I am 5 days out. My righties is sore and my nipple feels like it is on fire. It reminds me alot of breastfeeding my babies. I took a 3 hour nap today.

I remember feeling the same way, as if it would never end. I'm now 2 months post op and I hardly feel anything. I wouldn't cancel any trips, I think you'll feel tons better by then. It seems to hurt "differently" at every week that goes by, but it does get so much better. I was still taking my pain meds at 1 month, but thats just me. Maybe you woke up in pain when the meds wore off?? I really needed my meds to help me through the month. Hang in there! Its only been a week.

I have dropped enough to look "normal" now. Also, I was a very bad girl and didn't listen to my ps and wear the strap after 2 weeks, so I can't help you there. However, he did tell me that it helps "push them down".

Sorry to hear your having a difficult time. Some times some are just in pain longer then others. Some days are worst then others. It will get better... promise.
As far as the strap it does work even over the bra. It is a good thing and will help you to drop, help to keep the bottom of the pocket open.
Check out set 16 on the main site, she was a slow dropper. Make sure to click on the progressive pics.
