I swear i must have the BEST Dr...

or my body is just awesome at healing. I had my breast augmentation on Dec. 21st. I have hardly ANY bruising...mainly under the left breast and i think it was due to the bra being so friggen tight. At my post op a few days ago Dr said go get new bras if i want, just no underwire. Phew! So much better. I just started massaging and they are already getting soft. The right side is softer than the left. My aerolas are healing AMAZINGLY! And the best part....I can feel my nipples!!! I know i'm not supposed to "play" with them yet, but I just wanted to see. And sure enough, I have the same amount of sensation I did before.

I could not be any happier right now! I kick myself for not doing this years ago when I wanted it to begin with!

I can sleep on my sides as long as I have a pillow between my arms to kinda hug. I only took pain meds the first two days. I didn't have the constipation issues I thought I would either. Its almost like this is too good to be true, all my fears I had before the breast augmentation never happened!

Ok..have i boasted enough? LOL!!!!

I took some pics on Christmas night of myself.....now, I look like crap, I was tired and my ex was around me all day which that in itself stressed me immensly, but I want to show my girls off. Oh yeah, excuse the mess......cleaning is something I didn't get around to before I took the pics.

Boast away...it gives us all something to hope for!!! I've seen so much about pain, nausea, complications that it's really reassuring to see you doing well!! Congrats!! But let us know if things change...okay?

I was the same, felt bad cause I had it easy and some of the girls on here have had terrible times recovering. My only setback was a few days ago when I tried to change the tape over my incisions on my own (DH has been doing it for me).....I got one look at the stitches and while the PS did an EXCELLENT job, I'm not much with stitches/blood/anything medical and I ended up on woozy and then on the floor! I couldn't handle looking at my own "frankenboobie" stitches! They really are placed well and I think I'll have minimal scars, but I just can't wait for her to take these stitches out!

Yeah, same here!! I've had a nice recovery!! I was sleeping on my side comfortably after the 1st week, and my scars are very light and healing nicely!! I only took pain meds for 2 days also then just for a couple days after I would take them to help me sleep at night!! Its still early, but I hope everything continues to go this smoothly!!

on the easy recovery.

I'm still sleeping pretty much up right. My ps' office said he likes his patients to sleep more upright for 3-4 weeks. I'm more of a back sleep anyway and it hasn't been too much of a problem.

Sunny ~

No, that not me but that's okay ~ I'f I'm gonna be confused with someone, well that is a good pick. Giving me boobie greed after 15 days.

Dh and I were watching "Dr Rey" the other night. It was an episode where a gal hits the handel bar on her dirt bike and ruptures her salines. She ends up with larger silicones.

I ride 3 wheelers (don't jump), knee-board and wake-baord.

My DH just looks at me at commercial "Well, next time we'll get the gummybears and go up just a tad in size." This is coming from a guy who I thought had no idea about types of implants or cc size.

Congratulations, you look wonderful!

My recovery was a mixture - I had no bruising whatsoever and my incisions were great, but I had lots of pain! My right side was softer than my left too, so that will even out in its own time.

And you're most definitely excused from cleaning - you had surgery only 10 days ago!
