![]() | Dropping expectations??
Freaked out at 48hrs when the bandages came off! My boyfriend was so wonderful telling me I looked beautiful when I was horrified! The girls have come down in terms of swelling now and I'm feeling great about my decision. I'm frustrated with wearing the strap though...I have read and heard so much about dropping. Does the strap TRULY make a diff? When I asked how long I should wear it, I was told until my girls are where I want them??? Then asked my PS at my 1 week post op about the drop. He stated the implants should drop behind my natural breasts...I am 2.5 weeks post-op and it doesn't look any different and the only result from the strap is pain in my cleavage? I actually took the weekend off from wearing it! Is the pain normal? Also from what everyone says dropping can take months...is this gradual or will I wake up to look in the mirror one day and say "Oh I've dropped???" Just wondering what to expect if anyone would share....I don't want to obsess about it anymore and I'm tired of my boyfriend obsessing about it as well! Thanks ladies! Nicolette |

I only had to wear a strap for a few days but every ps is different so if I were you I would go by what he says. Are you supposed to massage? Did you get under or overs?

I had to wear the strap with my first breast augmentation. It was terribly uncomfortable, not when I first put it on, but by the end of he day it would be killing me. I was told the same thing....wear it until they are where I want them. I wore it non stop for a couple weeks & then off & on from there for a few more weeks. I do think it helped them to drop. When looking back at my progression pics, I can see the difference it made. Good luck!

yes the strap does help and yes it can take some time. Check out set 16 on the main site, she was a slow dropper. As far as the pain, it may be uncomfortable, but shouldn't be real painful. Hang in there.
