Heartburn after BA?

Anyone have a bad pain like heartburn after their BA? I am 4 days out and I have bad pain like heartburn on my left side. MY PS saw me this morning and everything looks perfect from his standpoint. No implants issues. I can breathe just fine but this pain is really annoying me. I was hoping someone else might have had it!

It's probably just a burning sensation we all had. It sucks! It goes away though, give it time. You are only 4 days out and you will feel all sorts of zings, pains, aches, burns, etc. Congrats on your BA!

Thanks ladies, last night I was up all night and even took demerol which did nothing for the pain. The only way to relieve it was getting in on all fours to relieve the pressure. It is only on the left side and I was up all night thinking maybe there is some fluid around my heart or something! I am a bit of a hypochondriac so my mind was racing. My temp, blodd pressure and pulse are all good so I am not dying! But knowing that others felt this type of pain makes me feel a bit better.

Yeah, some say the 3rd day is the worst. For me, the 4th-6th day was the worst and then it started looking up from there. I was in a bit of discomfort. If you start noticing any redness, pus, fever, swelling I would notify the PS. Also, just in case, if you have any difficulty breathing (other than feeling like you have 20lb weights on each breast) go to the ER (pain the chest + trouble breathing=could be serious..blood clot, etc) HTH and GL with the rest of your (hopefully) great recovery!
