Bloated...

I bloated up 10lbs, but it turned out NOT to be normal. After a week of being HUGE, I showed my PS and his jaw dropped!!! After going to ER, it turns out I have acute urinary retention. Ladies, we know to take note of our bowel movement, but also TAKE NOTE OF YOUR URINARY FREQUENCY. Show your PS if you think your bloating is abnormal. I wish I had it checked out instead of wishing it would go away. Now I have to wear a catheter with a pee bag stuck to my leg....

I'm so relieved!!!! I thought I was going mad! I didn't know about this whole bloating business... I'm huge! I can handle it now, knowing that we're all in it together... phew!

my bloat lasted a little over 2 weeks, all 10 pounds of it! my waist went from 26 to 30 i think.

you girls can try cranberry juice mixed with water, as suggested by another lady on the forum. i think it worked for me!

also, always drink a lot of water and eat regularly. it will be gone in no time

You should totally look at my pic's if you cant see them send me a FR. I think i am the only chick on here to post a pic of my bloating and it was horrible!!! hehehe! it only lasted about a week and then i went back to my skinny mini self!
