Uneven Post Op PLEASE HELP!

Ok my left boob was smaller than my right so he filled it to 370 and my right to 330.. ok i noticed today that the one that was orignally smller (left) is now BIGGER at the top.. ok is this becuz it had more cc's it will take it longer to drop? or did he fill it too much?

In looking at your before pix, I think the additional 40ccs will end up evening you out perfectly, or pretty darn close. Since you have the additional CCs and you are only couple days PO, it is most likely just the swelling as well as the need to D&F. You have a long way to go and this is absolutely too soon to get concerned. At least let your swelling subside before you begin to get worried. But again, IMO I think the extra 40 was the right amount to balance out your disparity. HTH.

just remember too - that most likely he propped you up during surgery to check size/evenness - so most likely it is swelling - etc...

Thanks... I have my post-op tomorrow at 10:30 they looked even up untill today my righty dropped a little but the top of lefty is still high and swollen.

It's most likely just swelling - my rightie is more swollen than my leftie, not as much now, but it definitely was in the first few days. Ask him at your post op appointment for piece of mind, but I'm willing to bet that's all it is.

If he filled the one that was smaller pre breast augmentation too much will he go and add more to my smaller one post breast augmentation?

My right was fuller pre-op then my left but only slightly so the same size silicone was used. Now at one month post op, my left boob is fuller than my right! It is still the one that is hanging higher so that might be the difference but it's way too early to freak yourself out yet. I'm not worried about mine yet as I know I'm not done dropping. I do know though that I went too freaking small and I'm pi$$ed as hell at myself!!! It's been a bad "small" day!

I have asked this same question, but I do think that once they have dropped and fluffed they will even out. My right was narrower and had less tissue so we did 25cc more. Right now my right appears larger than my left, but it's also taking longer to drop.

The same thing happened to me and this ^^ is our gameplan when I'm three months out

it's weird the sides and bottom are even just the top is fuller..

Im sure they will be fine, I wouldnt panick yet. My right was very slightly smaller than my left. Left was always fuller. I got the same size implants for both, to me they were not too noticeable and I wastnt worried about it. 1 day post op righty looked bigger than lefty. 2 day post op lefty looked bigger than righty. I swear everyday they switch off. My PS explained to me that each one will heal at a different rate, swelling will go down at a different rate, they will drop at a different rate. Hope that helps ease your mind

I second all the above. These were both two separate surgeries, so they heal differently and on their own schedule. No need to panic. Ask your PS --- they know to expect calls like this and can give you information based on your exact case.

I had uneveness the first few weeks. Try not to panic..they probably are just healing at different rates. I am sure your PS will confirm tomorrow.

Hey everyone ill be leaving shortly for my post op appointment im hoping he confirms that they will even out!! Thanks to all you who help me i know i panic alot lol.... i guess it is VERY common for one to be bigger/smaller untill they are thru healing!

Before my breast augmentation my left breast was slightly bigger than my right. My PS put 15cc more on my right breast. My right breast was slightly higher and more fuller on top than my left. Yes it was swollen more. My right is still slightly fuller on top than my left. Its getting there.When they completely drop & fluff they will look pretty much even.Actually they look almost even except that my right hasn't dropped and fluff as much as my left. So yes its common.

Hey!! Just got back from the doctor and he said im healing REALLY nice and fast. he told me that my lefty which is bigger post op is no big deal it is just not dropping as fast and easy as my right becuz he had a hard time fitting 370 in it and it has more trama so it is taking a little longer. he told me my exercises to do and told me i could help lefty drop faster by spending extra time while massaging!!! So im relieved!

All you ladies on here should be plastic surgeons minus the actual surgery part lol Thankz to all of you!
