bebby will become famous soon enough
This one do ya mean?
I say around 6 weeks is the usual time frame - before you can start serious stuff again!
Again it varies from person to person and from PS to PS....

At 3 weeks I'm allowed to do any excercise that does not use my arms, chest or shoulders. At two weeks you SHOULD be OK for cardio (pleeeeeeeease check with your PS tho), but even then I'd say stay away from high impact excercise like running. I'll be starting on a bit of stationary bike and stepper next week for cardio and other than that will mostly be doing lower body. I'm going to be taking it easy on the sit-ups for now because my incisions still hurt a bit when I tighten my tummy muscles.

As I said, please confirm with your PS. He/she is the only person that can give you any real answers on safety.
