When to Start Using Cream on the Scars???

Hi, I want to know when it is safe to start using cream on the scars. Had my breast augmentation 4 weeks ago and one of the scars is fully healed but the other is still getting there. When should I start using cream?

I had disovable stitches if that makes any difference

I was told by my PS to start after my steri-strips came off. I'm 3 weeks post-breast augmentation and they only just came off, so I started now.

He said to use a regular moisturizer than anything expensive, and to definitely do it twice a day and after showering.

I started using the liquid silcone at 2wks after my steri strip were removed and I started with the lightening cream at about wk four..
