3 weeks and breasts are still tender

When did yours return back to normal? My breasts are tender (not painful, but it's a tad uncomfortable) when I squeeze them and my areolas are really sensitive too. The only numb areas are right where my incisions are.

I was still in a bit of discomfort then. I would say it has just gotten better in the last few days and I am 5 weeks post op

I am the same way. I can't hug anyone or bump into anyone because my boobs would hurt from being squished.
