compression exercises with textured implants

So my ps' office called me in yesterday to show me how to do these compression exercises. I have textured unders so no massaging required per se. The nurse noticed when I went for my 1 week post-op appointment that I had alot of upper pole fullness and therefore want to "nudge" the implant in the right direction. Has anyone with textured implants had to do this and does it work? Also, how long did it take you guys with textured to drop and soften up? I'm about 2 weeks post op right now

I was told to massage my textured too. Mine dropped very nicely and quite rapidly, they only got softer after about 3 months though, and massagung helped a lot

so did you massage, or just compress them? i'm only supposed to compress at the top 2" of the breast in order to push the implant down, and that's only 15sec per breast, twice a day...when did yours drop?
