![]() | Sound normal?? or something wrong??
I got my stitches out (from my breast augmentation/BL) on Monday....When he took them out, it kinda opened the incision just a tad which he said was normal...he kinda had to dig a few out....But they all healed since then....Except this one spot on the bottom of my right breast is still "oozing" a very little bit of this yellow looking stuff....If I wear my white surgical bra all day, when I take it off, there is like a yellow wet dot the size of a blueberry....Not very big, but it has been constant since Monday in that one spot....If I wash that bra, the same yellow oozy spot is on the next bra I put on...I dont see anything coming out, but it keeps leaviing marks on my bras....There is NOTHING visibly red or swollen to me....I really dont want to call or go in over nothing, because I am really busy this week....Just wanted to know if you all think this sounds like just a normal part of healing after the stitches were taken out?? It never happened before the stitches were taken out, and it is just in one spot, but for 3 days now....Thanks

I had the same thing, it was a spitting stitch when my ps took it out it healed right up, in the mean time put a piece of gauze on it so it doesn't mess up your bra.

My incision did the same...just a small dot on the edge of each one. PS advised to use gauze until there was no seepage (his words) for a few days. Right one stopped seeping in 2 days, left one about 4. Call your nurse if any questions...they are great resources.
