Unhappy Starting to regret my BA

I'm starting to regret my breast augmentation I guess this is one of the post-op blues, but I'm starting to see the "reality" in what I've just done.. I'm not happy at all with the shape of my breasts either. The main reason why I deceided to go through with a breast augmentation, was that I've ALWAYS hated the shape of my breasts.. I felt that they looked ... you know, how a fat man's breats will look like.. lol i dont know how else to describe them.. I never really wanted BIG breasts, just nice round ones.. My breast augmentation however, have just made them bigger, but they still have the same triangle, fat man shape. I see now how it makes perfectly sense that the implants only make them bigger - i guess i was just dreaming..
On my left breast I already have something that looks like rippling I'm so scared it will get worse, and I'm also scared of all the other complications. I dont have the time or the money to do a second operation. My breast augmentation is a secret from my family, and I guess that makes it harder. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all.

Sorry for moping..

Oh dont worry too much at this stage. I got the post op blues a bit too, mostly because I was so bloated and felt very unattractive.

Also, 3 days is too early to see what your boobs will look like. theres still a lot of swelling going on and as for the shape, mine were a wierd, pointy shape for the first couple of weeks, now are looking round and nothing like my pre-op shape at all.

It will take time to see the end result.

I hope you start to feel better soon!

Im sorry you are feeling this way. Just know that you are not alone. I only had the blues for one day because i thought mine were too big and i have been going through it by myself while my hubby is in iraq. I basically took care of myself and my two kids. It will get better. Your boobies are going to change so much everyday. Just give it some time mommas. You know you have JBI to lean on.

Give it some time... it's only been 3 days.. I felt much better by week 2 and a LOT better by week 6. My right still has about 1 cm to drop, but overall it's pretty good.

Smile You look really great!

Seriously, to be so early you don't have an odd shape at all! Give it time, you will find that you have many changes to go through. And I have to say, that i have never seen a fat man who looked so nice!

I agree that you need to give it time. I am just now 5 weeks post-op and my shape is changing everyday. 3-6 months seems to be the magic number. I also started with the "I am unhappy" process just a week ago and all the women on this site have been very supportive. Just know that you are not alone. Be patient as you are still swollen and the "girls" haven't even started to d&f yet. It does get better!!!

Thank all of you so much for all the nice posts, I was really feeling down - and you're right, I start to feel better now and I'm getting more used to them. I've been crazy with massaging the area that looks a bit like rippling (now it looks abit purple!), but it's not so visible anymore!!! MAYBE IT'S GOING AWAY! And now that I'm 6 days post-op I thiiiink my breasts is a bit smaller (which for me is a good thing) ! I must say I'm alot happier, even tho I still question myself if this really was the right thing to do. I'm going in for my post-op appointment tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to hearing what my doctor has to say Again, thank you so much for all the support <3 xxxx

All your feelings are normal! You aren't going to see your final results for a wnile. I went through the they are too small, they look like slopes, they are too round etc. stages. But now at 5 months post I love them. They changed on a daily basis! Be patient, you are going to look great and you will love them!

Horizon41 will become famous soon enough
Yes its so normal to get blues I had them at 2 weeks got them again with my CC wondered why did I ever do this?? so many ??? go thru your mind with the what if I had done this but I keep telling myself in the long run I hope to be happy, and I am hoping that after you have given yourself a little more time you will like them more but I think we sometimes and this is jmo anyway I think a lot of us girls do not realize that what we are starting with makes a big difference in how we are going to end up like you said in your post a breast augmentation can only change us so much and its taken me 5 weeks for that to really sink in for me. I wish you the best and am sending hugs and support and hope it gets better for you as they drop and change you are still so early yet

Moobies

Man boobs. moobies. I felt the same way abouy my pre-breast augmentation boobs! The first week post breast augmentation they were so pointy and I HATED them. but after a couple weeks, they started to round out. Now I am about 3months post op and I actually like the shape of my boobs. I have proper womanly boobs! no more moobies! ha.
