Cream for Scars to Fadeeeeeee ?

Im 3 months + post op. Scars are fading, not too obvious...BUT could do better. Are there any creams that you girls using that are effective? Im using this cream prescribed by my GP for scars called Centellase. The results are not great. I dont know if its even doing much help. I heard about this amazing Scar Cream that is really good for clearing problem skin and most importantly scars. Its called Egyptian Magic. I dont know if i should purchase it, cuz i heard even Madonna and Oprah uses it! So it must be pretty good. Im just wondering if anyone uses it for your post breast augmentation scars?

I am going to be using the silicone sheets for 4-8 weeks. You leave them on for at least 12 hours a day. My understanding is that they provide the best results.

BioOil, BioOil, BioOil!!!!!! Best stuff ever. Mine are barely visible at all! And believe me when I say...they were soooo ugly and gross and bumpy before I used BioOil.

That's what helped my scars the most. I used Vit E oil alternately with the silicone strips. The strips seemed to help smooth and lighten the scars the most. I noticed such an improvement when I started using them.

I've been using Mederma for the past month. Have seen improvement, but not a ton. I asked my PS at my last appt and he said they carry scarguard, but I really didn't have to use anything, they will fade on their own. I'm going to buy the Bio Oil when my Mederma is gone just to help it along.

What seemed to help me the most was keeping the tapes on for as long as possible. I had them on for about 3 months. Then I began to apply bio-oil and eucerin cream. So far so good, the scars are thin flat lines. I am 5 months PO, and they are still red though.

My PS recommended Vit E oil, but I am using BioOil based on the recommendations on this site. Its only been about a week of using it, so no results yet. But I'm hoping it works it's magic on me too!

I used Mederma for my first breast augmentation, and it did absolutely nothing. My scars healed thick and lumpy and stayed red for years.
