![]() | One boob is still squeaky and slightly tighter; Normal?
Hi all; I'm three and a half months post op. For the most part, everything is lovely and exactly what I'd hoped for. My only worry is that my right breast makes a slights squeak/ rubbing sound and also the implant appears the my right pectoral isn't totally relaxing. It's still a little higher. My boyfriend says the sound seems like the implant rubbing against the muscle. I'm a righty, so I'm sure that side will take longer to heal. Also, I did not get the suggested lift, so my PS did extensive work on my slightly saggier right side. So, while there are many reasons the right might be lagging behind in healing, is this still "normal" and three and a half months? Has anyone had either or these issues so far into the healing process resolve themselves later on? Thank you so much for any info! |

My right boob was the stubborn problem child.. While the left dropped steadily and looked great, my right drove me nuts.. Took forever to catch up with lefty, squeaked all the time... Remember that your breasts just went through a very traumatic ordeal.. they were two separate surgeries and will heal differently.. Your breasts still have changing and settling to do.. they say you dont see your final results for up to a year... My breasts finally looked and felt normal at 3 months PO, not to mention the squeaking was gone.. Its just a matter of time before things even out for you.. Dont let it bother you... I think that its also troubling when we see other womens progress at a much earlier time, and that frustrates us.. Just be patient hon... If you have any serious concerns, dont be afraid to talk to your PS.. You paid him good money.. use him to your fullest advantage |

Hi, I agree with jlp_brk02. Mine was the same way post OP - my left was the troubled-one. I'm righty - my right d&f faster, also squeaking was gone faster but my left was sore longer than my right. I hear the squeak until almost 1 year post OP but it's just me. I must say 3 months post OP is still early, some may take 6 months to a year for full recovery, as well as d&f. Every body is different, so is recovery. Don't worry too much about it, sweety. As jlp_brk02 posted, talk to your PS if any concerns or problems for your peace of mind. Take care
