Incisions still not healed...at 3 weeks post

My incision on my left breast is still slightly open. My doc used disolveable stitches, but she didn't use surgical glue. I wonder if that is the reason why? My doc is 2 1/2 hours away, so I can't just go in to double check.

I am almost 4 weeks and I still have a small hole under my left breast too. I can feel this "pop" when I push on the incision and then a little blood/drainage from the hole. I am going to call the doc tomorrow just to check to make sure not to worry.
