Is it too late to treat 4 month old BA scars?

Hi all, my boobs will be 4 months old on the 30th and I have never really thought about scar creams and stuff even tho I have a tube of Mederma. I am wondering if 4 months is too late for scar creams to be effective? My scars are very flat and feel just like the rest of my skin does but they are still pretty red and I have been doing kelo-cote on them every once in a while but honestly I forget to do anything 5 days out of the week. If it is not too late I am going to start doing it about 4 times a day.

Thanks for the answers!

i started late too.. but they outcome should be better if you use. something i have mederma too but im going to start using some cream from avon that lightens things becuase i have old stretch marks on my sides from 5 years ago! and it works made them small but i ran out.. just think of it like this.. scars take years to fade.. this just helps it along...

Hi, it is never too late really. There are several creams available for old scars (much older then 4 months) The cream I am using can be used on old scars and it even has special instructions for applying on to older scar. I wont tell you haw it's called though as I bought it in Poland and so you wont be able to purchase it Look around though I am 100% sure you'll find something

Not too late, in my opinion.

Mind you, my surgeon told me that there's nothing out there that's scientifically proven to reduce scars, and many ladies on here have been told the same thing. I've been using Bio Oil since about the 4 month mark and my scars are fading, but could it be the Bio Oil, or just time? I'm not really sure.
