That is the worst. I am so glad to be past that part. I kept Aquaphor on my incisions and lotion on my breasts. You just have to tough it out. It's a good sign, though. Itching is a sign of healing.

Really?? Mine haven't itched at all :\ I do put ALOT of lotion on them though. Maybe that's why?

If yours are itching though I would try that! Hopefully that will help!

Oh yeah, I remember that lovely stage. I didn't put anything on the scars at that point, but I had to resort to rubbing a anti-itch greasy cream ALL over my boobs to get any sort of relief. The skin even pealed for a while. It sucked. The good news it didn't last too long. Hang in there!

I have heard from a friend that was pregnent, to never ever ever scratch itchy stretching skin as it causes the capilaries (sp?) to break and causes red stretch marks. Mine get crazy itchy too but i just pat them a little and it seems to go away.... hope this helps

i went through a patch of crazy itches too, it didn't matter what lotion i put on them. since my spots were far enough away from the incision, i put anti itch cream on them and it cooled it off.

I do use aquaphor on my incisions though, i wear a tank top to bed at night to prevent any accidental night scratching.
