![]() | BA 8/20/09 - Is this normal?
Ok, so I had my breast augmentation 11 days ago. I've been doing great since then, until yesterday. All of a sudden, I'm hit with boobie greed, regret, sadness and frustration all at once. I go back and forth between - I knew I should have gone bigger - OMG What did I do - Why do I feel so miserable when I have these great boobies - and Why don't I look better already!?!?! I'm all stopped up and tired of looking at my bloated belly. I'm tired, achy and just overall grouchy! I'm starting to get paranoid, wondering what's normal and what's not. This is really not like me at all! Is all of this a normal reaction? I thought it would be a little more spread out, not get hit with it all at once! I'm thinking I need to take a valium, relax, and get some good sleep. I'm sure that will fix everything! I hope. Thanks for letting me vent.......JBI is a wonderful place!!

![]() | Perfectly normal, i had a pretty bad bout with the post op depression this time around. It will get better but it will also take some time, i am over 2 weeks po but believe me, i still have my moments. Getting off my meds has helped tremendously and im taking it day by day. Hang in there sweetie, you arent alone!

Very normal. I still have bouts of it periodically. Boobie blues, boobie greed. You name it. It will go away in time. Just be patient. I think I say that a lot these days. Just know that you are in good company

Hey Crzygirl, I feel the same way.. I wish I went bigger too.. but then again, the other day, I thought I went too small. I think it is normal to question what we did, and have regret.. We did something so major to our bodies.. how is your recovery going? it was fun chatting with you on the recovery thread a week ago, when we were still in major recovery mode. anyways, I bet you look awesome. I think once they drop and get softer and stuff we'll both be happier.
