Will I ever feel Normal again?

HI,
Had a breast augmentation 4 weeks ago.
Boobs look pretty good, Started with a 38b/c, breast fed 3 kids.
400 / 350 saline.

1. Still cant sleep on my side.
2. Hurts to touch, hurts to bounce, my husband doesnt dare touch.
3. Hard, Hard Hard.
4. Hurts to get up in the morning.

Yikes! I have such regret right now. I almost wish my saggys were back.
they were soft and wiggly.

Yes you will feel good again. It literally took me almost 8 weeks to feel normal again. It hurt for me to sleep on my side for 7 weeks. My boobs still hurt sometimes to touch, but that got better by week 9. Mine weren't hard but everyone drops at different rates and gets softer at different times and it hurt to get up until about week 6. Hope that makes you feel better. You are not alone so "Be Patient".

You will most definitely feel good again! Some peopel take more time than others..which probably isnt what you want to hear..but 100% you will be able to do all the things you can't quite do right now!

I am a little over 3months post op and one is still harder than the other. Damn the healing process! Feel Better!

I hear so many saying that they hardly had any pain etc.
I couldnt breathe for 2 weeks. Now, I feel like I have hard rocks on my chest, and they hurt. I want them to feel like they are mine.
So many say that after 4 weeks, they feel great. Urgh!..
Fact is, Im still tired during the day, is that normal?

I'm with firmandhappy--slower recovery, just now feeling pretty normal. I was definitely still tired at 4 weeks, but by 6 weeks my energy had returned. At times I also wondered "what have I done" but that is getting better every day. Boobs are looking good but are not "finished" so you have company on this healing journey. Hang in there!

My recovery was very slow. Although I did not take pain meds for more than a few days it took me WEEKS to feel better! At about a month I could function somewhat normally although just about every movement I made reminded me that I had a breast augmentation. At 10 weeks I finally made it to the gym and that hurt too. But the good news is by about 8-9 months ALL was forgotten and they became completely mine and totally painfree.
Hang in there the best is yet to be! You are going to love your beautiful new boobs!!!!!

You will feel normal again...and even better than normal after that. Everyone heals differently, I'm about 7 weeks out and it's still uncomfortable to sleep on my side sometimes and I'm still somewhat numb in certain areas. BUT it's so worth it in the end.
The hardest thing about getting a breast augmentation is the waiting...not only waiting to get it, but then waiting for all the healing that has to take place.
I hope you feel better soon! But don't lose hope, cuz you have boobs now & you'll start to love that in the very near future
Wishing you a speedy recovery from here on out
