4 weeks post op and PS said i can start to run!! even if they have not completly D&F

So i emailed my PS and asked about my power walks if i can add stairs to my workouts..the nurse emailed me back and said my PS said that i can actually start to run already and due stairs already if i want! im 4 weeks post op..havent D&F yet..so i was suprise! i see him oct 1st for a post op..last time i saw him was when i was 3 days post op..so i guess this wknd i will start my run..lol

I RUUNNNNNN ALL THE TIME!! About 25-30 Miles A Week!

So Gettting My The Surgery Was A Big Deal For Me Too Because I Had To Go Without Running For A While. I Started Running Around Week 4 As Well!! Goooood Luck With Recovery!! =)

Wow you 2 are so lucky I am still so restricted on what my PS wants me to do and I am getting so out of shape its going to take me forever to get back to my pre breast augmentation self

Im a little over 3 weeks and it still is a little bothersome for me to even get on the elliptical. Pre breast augmentation I ran about 20 miles a week. I miss it! I couldnt imagine running with this things just yet!
