Popping sound during massage?

I'm totally freaking out here. I was doing my daily massage when I heard a popping sound! Very loud, sounded like when you stretch and you feel/hear a "pop" as something readjusts itself (I'm 7 weeks postop). I was pushing down on my implant - the higher side - as instructed, and I'd just begun pushing down when I heard the very loud pop.

I'm worried I may have inadvertently done some kind of damage! Has this ever happened to you?

I felt a big pop at 6weeks po - while i was doing a chest stretch at the gym - turns out it was the incision scar tissue breaking (a good thing!) and have been hoping it would happen again (but hasn't). the pop did not hurt at all, just shocked me!

i freaked out early post op too when I also head a popping sound...but my PS reassured me it was the scar tissue breaking up...and as misskikidee said..it's definitely a good thing!

I'm thinking this is maybe what I need! HHmmm, what kind of massage do you do? I have been so aggressive w/ my Right breast which feels like it is stuck up at the top of my chest whereas the Left as completely dropped and settled....ggrrr Can you tell me your massage technique? I want mine to pop..ha ha ha

Honestly, it was a totally fluke thing, since I've pushed down harder than that and heard nothing. Other than the side-to-side, then pushing straight down, on the higher breast, I need to get behind the implant and push down. Seriously, I'd just started pushing down when I heard the pop. The only difference it might've made was to round out the bottom a bit (I was still getting a bit of puckering from the incision scar).

Oh boy, I may sounds silly here but what do you mean "puckering from the incision scar" I ask b/c for me it feels like my Right breast (the higher, stubborn one) feel like it's getting stuck at the incision site when I push it down. I also feel like the implant is further behind the muscle than the Left..weird. I push HARD but then I get scared something my break...LOL

For the first 4 weeks, the bottom of both breasts was flat - the skin around the incision was still puckered up. The left changed overnight, and the right is slowly rounding out. It's obvious: when I push down from the top, the skin puckers in a cm-long section around the incision.

HHmmm, OK I think this is what I have going on in my Right breast; when I push the implant down the scar seems to stop the implant and looks straight accross/flat, whereas the Left side when pushed down looks nice and round and the implant goes down into the scar making it look round'ish.

Is that what you mean?

Yep. I could actually see a flattened bottom when I was just looking straight-on as well. At my 6-wk appt., I was given some specific massages to do around the incision to soften up the scar tissue.

Btw, my left had dropped right away and the incision was puckered, so the fact my right is still high has nothing to do with the puckering around the incision. The puckering at the bottom just made my breast look weird.
