Other than the side-to-side, then pushing straight down, on the higher breast, I need to get behind the implant and push down. Seriously, I'd just started pushing down when I heard the pop. The only difference it might've made was to round out the bottom a bit (I was still getting a bit of puckering from the incision scar).
Oh boy, I may sounds silly here but what do you mean "puckering from the incision scar" I ask b/c for me it feels like my Right breast (the higher, stubborn one) feel like it's getting stuck at the incision site when I push it down. I also feel like the implant is further behind the muscle than the Left..weird. I push HARD but then I get scared something my break...LOL
